Dr Tomasi has excellent bedside manner. He was very compassionate when we had to have our 14 yr old Golden Doodle put down. They were wonderful from start to finish.

This is by far the best Veterinarian Hospital anywhere. I have had Dr. DOUGLAS FIGIS as my beloved pets Doctor when he first started practicing his skills at the Seneca Animal Hospital, although I met him many years before. He is the epitome of Veterinarians. Has the personality of a Saint and explains what he is doing for your pet always. Has compassion, is highly skilled at his profession and you instantly know he will take the very best care and give you the best recommendations for your pet. His staff is wonderful as well..

Caring and attentive staff and doctors with a great knowledge base and facility.

My cat had a damaged nail and injured pad. They were very kind and within a half hour of taking him in today his nail was repaired, pad wound cleaned, he was given antibiotics and we were on our way home. The doctor had a phone conversation with me prior to treatment. With covid precautions I remained in my vehicle and the staff took him into the office and brought him back to me. Pre covid I've had my dogs treated by them and the staff and doctor were always helpful.

Love them here! I've been taking my dogs here for over a decade now. They've been more open minded than most vets when discussing different breed specific health concerns we've dealt with. They've been so great with my dogs chronic health issues, including an anaphalactic dog & a senior, just living his best years! The staff is kind, caring & will take the time to discuss & explain things thoroughly. I highly recommend them! ????????????????

Seneca animal hospital has the best staff. I have been a client for over 35 years. Dr Tomaske has taken care of all of my animals exoticand regular. I still remember Dr "T" s first day.Dr Beyer introduced him as the next up and coming great vet. He has earned that title. Some of my pet crew.....

Great vet's, caring staff, fair prices.

We had to put our dog down because of an issue, and we SPECIFICALLY asked for an INK PAW PRINT AS WELL. They FAILED to get us this paw print. Someone slacked and cost us a serious piece of our grieving process because someone didn’t care about their job enough to value our dog’s memory, life, and our emotions. I am LIVID and i HATE the seneca animal hospital for WRONGING US SO BADLY. We CANNOT GET KC BACK HOW COULD YOU?!! We TRUSTED you with her BODY and you cremated her without doing WHAT WE ASKED FOR. We shouldn’t have even had to pay for putting her down if the employees cant even do their job right. I am so unbelievably upset and devastated.

I have taken my babies there over 20 years. They are amazing and very understanding for our Fur Babies..I love the Doc there ❤

I’ve been taking my dog here for years, the past few days my dog wasn’t acting normal and being as attached as I am to my dog I immediately panicked and was so concerned about it. I called and they took me in for an appt 2hrs later that day and found out it was just an ear infection. They cleaned out the infection at no additional cost, gave me some medicine and were so knowledgeable and caring. My dog is acting normal again already and was running around the house he was so happy after going (he really likes the staff). So grateful to the very helpful vets and techs there who were so kind as always. HIGHLY recommend and they don’t overcharge like a lot of other vet places, they really are in it for their care for the animals and it shows.

I grew up with animals my entire life. I respect their needs more than my own at times. I have been a "customer" of Seneca Animal Hospital for more than ten years. From the time I have taken pets there I have put the cost ahead of my own needs ALWAYS. I have never been given a break even though I take in unwanted or abandoned pets into my home.Never having children they are my babies no matter their age or condition. I have never given a second thought to putting the others in temporary confinement introducing new ones for the sake of the needy I recently had an experience that my son (Willie) a dog to some but a son and rescue had been poisoned. After being a "customer" for ten years a veterinarian advised me to call LapofLove. I called only to find out that it was an expense that was $300 to start!!!!! I was never so insulted to think that after 10 years of paying my vet bills before other necessities I would be sent away! I called my homeopathic doctor and he died peacefully as possible at home in my arms. I had the appointment with Seneca Animal Hospital the same day for euthinasation for the same day that I made and they could not accomendate sooner. It was a Monday and I had a previous appointment for another son for his one year and knew he NEEDED a dental procedure.I adopted him one year earlier, an eleven year old beagal. I accidently missed a previous appointment due to rescheduling. Well when the original vet I had when I first started going there immediately started off with the condition of his teeth I told her to read the chart. I have been released from the proper care ALL my kids needs. UNFAIRLY released! They showed not an ounce of compassion that two days sooner I had lost a child and he suffered extra time because I did not have the credit card for Lapoflove I now have no medical for three cats, 14 chickens, 2 beta's, 4 gold fish and a beagal needing dental assistance. I guess they needed room to take on richer "customers" not patients in need! Closing this review I would like to mention I have never had an outstanding bill. Just Love and concern for all of Gods creatures. The place has no compassion for the caretaker of the unwanted animals of the world!!!!!
