My husband says they did their job and they did it quick. That means alot to this guy that he didn't have to wait long. Going back to get more services.

Always has all the pet supplies I need.

I used Petsmart's online grooming scheduling. I made a few appointments and cancelled them via Petsmart online. Petsmart emailed me everytime and I have proof of all of this. I tried to make an appointment for my dog and I was denied access to the online scheduling so I called the store direct and spoke with Ashley. She informed me I had NO SHOWED NO CALLED for several appointments and they were not able to schedule another appointment. I said that is wrong because I did everything through the website. She said per her computer I NO SHOWED and NO CALLED. We hung up the phone and then it dawned on me I am emailed every time you make or cancel an appointment on line. So I called back and got Ashley and asked for her managers fax number because I can fax proof that their is a flaw in their online appointment scheduling. She transferred me to her manager. I asked for the fax number and then explained what had transpired. She said it was a new system and there are flaws and she apologized and she would go talk to Ashley and then call me back, that was last Thursday. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM MANAGEMENT. I won't return with my dog even if they lift the hold because once you get management involved you never know how your pet will be treated. My point is they are wrong and I have proof that no one is interested in seeing. So if anyone is using the online scheduling do not delete your emails in case you run into this issue.

My grandson recently had to get rid of his dogs due to allergies so he asked if I would take him to PetSmart to get a lizard we ended up with a chinchilla and the staff specially Danielle couldn't have been any better very proficient in her job and customer courtesy

If your looking for crickets they have them.

I bought a harness for my dog. They helped me try it on. Very nice people ☺️

Friendly associates, clean and organized. Prices are comparable to other stores, but if you have a petsmart card, you will save money.

They wouldn't clip my dogs nails after an appointment had been made because I didn't bring their vaccination records. No one told me to bring them. Ridiculous. Will not go back there.

Adopting a cat thru this location was very easy. They really care about the wellbeing of the animals that they have in their location. They truly get to know the cats in the short amount of time they have them for. I would absolutely adopt from here again for a cat.

Incredible customer service. I have 3 guinea pigs and since I've gotten them I've stopped 6 or 7 times for food restock over the past 9ish months. No matter who's cashing me out they always ask about my piggies and love to hear about my life with them and seem thoroughly engaged until the conversation ends. Makes my day each time.

I always like the pet store , my fur babies need me to come there , and it's close to home within 15-20 miles

Really enjoy visiting the store. The selection of food and treat options is fantastic.

Good place but a bit expensive

Didn't have what I was looking for, no one had a clue as to what I needed even though I always bought it there, tons of dead fish in their tanks, one register open, out of 4 or 5, waited in line for 15 minutes to buy something I hope will work.......smh.......they don't know what they are doing

Highly recommend. I've been taking my Australian Shepherd to get groomed here for a few years now and they always to an excellent job. He's getting older now and it's difficult for him to stand still for long. They are patient and give him breaks when needed. They take great care of him!

Love this place, the staff is great, very friendly, and helpful. Dog training classes are fun and they've worked for us. The only negative I have about the place is that there are a bit expensive. They do price matching, which is great but sometimes you just want to buy something and not have to grab your phone and check the internet for the best price. That should be built in at the checkout when you scan the item. It shirts tell you that is cheaper somewhere else and they will price match.

Great customer service. They carry Merrick which is the only canned food my cats eat.

Have been using the grooming services for my St Berdoodles. Tough fur breed but the crew does an amazing job !
