Banfield Pet Hospital Clifton Park, New York

Love all the ladies that work here! They all take very good care of my 3 dogs and we have been going to Banfield in Clifton Park for years. Always get an appointment but make sure you book a head of time if possible, they get very busy and booked up fast. Everyone is very friendly though if you decide to bring your animal in.

I've always had a great experience here since signing my dog up for the puppy plan and now the adult plan. They've always been super helpful and they go above and beyond. One time they couldn't fit my dog in for a concern I had an they took the time to call around and find a banfield that could see her sooner than them. My last visit was today and although they didn't have my keeva girl's medince in Skye went and looked around and was able to find some so my dog doesn't miss her flea and tick treatment for the month. Highly recommend them. Top notch care!

Dr. Daley treated Ollie today. She was very helpful and took time to explain his procedure. We will definitely be going back and look forward to working with her!

I called the site to get medical info on my cat. I explained that I was moving in to my senior condo and had not fully unpacked or settled as yet. I explained that I needed vital info such as shot dates and rabies to provide to the site... that was last week and am still waiting. I will be calling them today or tomorrow...☹️

Great place, staff is always friendly and the doctors are great with the pups, I been taking my two pups for years now.

They are wonderful and kind

They are unbelievable! As an overreacting dog mom they are everything I need. They genuinely care about my fur kids. They are fast to get me in for non emergency emergencies (only crazy dog parents understand this) They are friendly, compassionate and DON'T WANNA STEAL MY MONEY! They are unlike all other banfields.

Disorganized. Likely gave my dogs opposite shots than what I came in for per paperwork and a phone call.

The vets are great! Would not recommend the grooming at Petsmart. Thry have an issue with a dog they blame the dog, when it's the groomer not the dog!

They've taken care of my fur babies since we moved to the area. Had a REALLY bad experience when my dog was a puppo with a different location in Georgia, which I was heaistant taking him to another. They are certainly no specialists, but will do general care and such; your pets will be in good hands.

Took the time with my dog and she is not an easy dog

The staff are wonderful as are the drs! We bring all 4 of our furbabies here.

The staff at this location is so rude. They handled my cat poorly. And overcharged me for medication not once but twice. I was givin attitude when I mentioned the shortage of meds that I paid full price for. I called a few times to ask questions about the medication bc its new to me. I was talked down to and got no answers. I will never be bringing my cat there again. The staff should be caring and loving. It is the complete opposite at this location. Horrible staff. 1800nighands

Honestly haven't been able to go because everytime we try the vet leaves early. He left at 11 when they just opened at 7. Great job go somewhere else

Each encounter with each person has been exceptional. They care for my animal as if he were their own.

The doctors and nurses are very informative. They know what they are doing. They are very friendly. The only down side to some of their medical procedures is its expensive.

I usually go to the Niskayuna Banfield for my two dogs but plan to switch to Clifton Park. I went as an emergency visit for my dog who has since passed on. I was treated with such kindness, and compassion by Dr. Kollmeir and her tech. Thank you!

Took my kitty in 1/3/19 as he was not eating. Had to wait but they were gracious in letting us know they had an emergency. We appreciated that as we would want other fur parents to understand if it were us. The best part was they all gave us the attention we needed when they were able. Kudos to all. The service was excellent and I do hope the emergency fur baby is ok.

They take great care of my dog and I love the wellness plan.
