Called to set an appointment, lady who answered didn’t even say “park n bark”. Then she was short and nasty. The apparently only do southtowns now... super inconvenient

I had my 2 dogs groomed. They are both nervous dogs so taking them to get groomed is always something i dread. They did an awesome job with both and i will absoulty be using them again!!!☆☆☆☆☆☆

Used this service for the first time today. Sarah was excellent with our dog, Zoe, and I will definitely use them for all our grooming needs going forward! So convenient, and less stressful for Zoe!

The hubs and I have a ridiculously crazy schedule so it took me a while to finally connect with Kacie from Park N Bark after finding her through a google search for "Mobile Groomers in Buffalo NY" ...but I am so glad I was persistent with the phone tag!! For years we have avoided a traditional groomer because our pooches (while very sweet and calm at home) have a tendency to freeaakkk out when not in their natural environments! I resorted to washing and half-assed trimming them by myself--always resulting in them looking like 6 year olds who cut their own hair. Even when we would bite the bullet and take them in to a traditional groomer, we could never find someone who would actually cut them the way we asked. We were terrorizing them (leaving them in a cage with other barking, screaming dogs for half the day) and we weren't even getting what we were paying for. Fast forward to this beautiful (semi-new?) concept of mobile grooming.... Kacie arrived promptly, actually LISTENED to our requests (even though I think my description of how I wanted them cut must have made her think I was a wacko lol) and took care of both our doggies in under two hours, right in our own driveway!!! Zero stress on the dogs...and Kacie seemed so loving, sweet, and KNOWLEDGEABLE about our dogs! They are adorable (again) and smell so much better (We were hitting tuna-fish status) And although our super sensitive, sometimes overly dramatic cairn terrier-poodle mix sang tub tunes the whole neighborhood could hear, overall it was a great experience! So worth every single penny! No doubt in my mind we will be using her services again!
