My cats Nina and Pastel loves Dr. Diaz . Good place, good attention and not overpriced like other places.

I have been coming here almost 10 years for both my cats. Dr. Diaz has always provided me with the best service. He is truly the owners advocate and will do anything to set your mind at ease in a situation he can advise on. He has helped through some incredibly difficult times and I will forever be grateful to him. I would recommend his services above all other vets in the area. He is an Angel and grounded at the same time! Thank you Dr. Diaz. Also thanks to all the support staff! You are an amazing team and we appreciate you all! ????☺️

Williamsburg animal clinic is amazing. Yes sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment but it’s understandable with the influx of pets post covid. The staff has always been so wonderful and helpful from the desk to techs to our amazing vet. Everyone takes the time to talk and listen, especially our vet who really spends the time to answer all of my million questions. Ziggy actually enjoys going which is amazing and has always received amazing treatment. We’ve always gotten the prompt care we need and I feel my pup is in safe and good hands. Thank you to everyone.

My furbaby gets the best care here and the prices for their services are great. It doesn't break the bank. The receptionist are always welcoming.

The only reason I give this place three stars is because of the prices. Aside from that the Vets there are great and genuinely caring. They till you exactly whats wrong and what needs to be done. Now the girls at the front desk not all really just one is rude and acts like like she owns the place and dismisses you and has no care in the world for your concerns. Again Great Vets so at the end you get what you pay for 5 star service. But the prices for little things and the that one girl at the front desk make it a three. I still do highly recommend this clinic.

They took my pup in last minute/same morning after she sustained an injury from another dog at the park. Lead doctor wasn’t meant to do surgery that day but he was happy to help my poor pup. So so grateful to this clinic!!!

I have only great things to say about Williamsburg Animal Clinic. Dr.. Diaz is excellent , he knows a lot and doesn't like unnecessary procedures, he loves and respects animals and totally understand them, he has lots of compassion for them and for everybody in general.The staff are so caring and dedicated. Dr. Diaz saved many rescues I brought in the last 12 years, some of them were in very bad shape. The fact that Williamsburg Animal clinic and Dr. Diaz are around gives peace of mind to a lot of people and their friends from the Animal Kingdom.

I like the attention they have from the person answering the phone and the doctors are very professional.

I take my dog here for vaccinations. Thats about it. They do not generally accept emergency appts the day of. So just save yourself the trip and hit up VERG, Bond or Blue Pearl

I love the way they attend to my pup Madison. This is her second year n now we have a new kitten that would be coming here as well.????????

Super affordable compared to other places in the city. The staff is kind and truly wants to assist you. Dr Diaz is absolutely amazing. He made a special effort when I had a crisis before traveling with my pet and that made my month. Thank you so much. Very much recommended

These outstanding vets helped us take very good care of our cats their entire 15 years. Just had to navigate the end of life of our last cat yesterday, and I felt so supported and taken care of during an incredibly difficult time with hard decisions to make. I love this office and will be sure to come back when I'm in a place where I am ready to open my heart to a new pet.

Took over 20 minutes past appointment time for them to come outside. Left my kitten in the heat for way too long.. They dont tell you on the website, but spaying is just under $500 dollars, then didn't get our cat from them until 15 minutes after they called and asked me to pay.. even tho they called to notify me that the cats ready for pickup.. Steer clear, very unhappy with the service.

My mom took her dog here for a weird cough she was experiencing a while back. Was told it was nothing, probrably asthma or allergies. She was sent home assuming it was allergies since the doctor prescribed her allergy meds. Today her coughing got worse so we took her to an animal hospital just to make sure it wasnt her allergies acting up again. Turns out she was in cardiac arrest and the coughing was due to lung failure which she had going on for a while. Long story short we had to put her down today because it was caught too late & it had progressed too far. Its hard losing your pet especially when you do everything you can to try and keep them healthy. Just wish the doctor here was more knowledgable, and would of given us the right diagnosis on time. Moral of the story , always get a second opinion.

I had been going there since they first open, I had a dog his name was Rumble, I been taking him there for 14yrs, sadly he pass away 11 months ago very, very good

Zero communication, zero customer service skills, and zero people skills. Was never told they would take my pet from me for a routine exam. Covid rates are down and vaccine passes are widely used, but it seems this place is stuck in April 2020. The actual doctor couldn’t even give me a good reason as to why that practice of taking pets from their owners was still in place. I work for a human surgeon, and never once during covid did we tell a parent they couldn’t go into the exam room with their child. Rude staff with no apologies for not communicating their rules. Waste of time.

It kool for your pets

I used to live right around the corner and found this gem of an office. The most polite staff, considerate doctors, and friendly pets! I moved quite a distance away and I still drive from Queens to come here. The staff is simply amazing!

They've taken good care of my dog for over 11 years.
