My two dogs have been patients. Of dr Amy she is kind, caring and her luv of her patients is evident it’s very assuring to go to a vet and have the confidence itenthat your dogs are going to get the help that they need. My two dogs who dr Amy took care of we’re my family and she was so responsive to my husband and my self. And even after they past she was there. And her staff were always the same you could c that Dr Amy has the luvs her work her in her profession she has your family’s interest. And your babies health in mind. Thank you so much Dr Amy n staff I hope you have the best that life has to give, you have earned it

Obviously do not care about animals that much if they can’t take 2 minutes to look and tell me if my cat is actually pregnant so I can care for her properly. Wondering where all the Doctors and Vets that actually CARE went. Maybe they are in the exam rooms, but I wouldn’t know with the quick dismissal of the front desk girl. Literally would have taken them a second.

Very polite and caring. Short wait time. Vet explained everything clearly. Haven't been to a vet in many years, but prices seemed appropriate. Solved my cat's skin problem with antibiotic injections over 2 appointments.

I called them multiple times over the past year, and they keep telling me they're not taking on any new clients but will call when they do - I never got a call back. If you're looking for a new vet, don't waste your time.

My appointment was on time and the staff are warm and friendly. The vet was very thorough and gentle with Sherlock (my dog). She was very knowledgeable about the breed and gave such good suggestions and advice.

Dr Amy is fantastic. She saw my cat 2 times the same day that I called. Gave me details to make decisions and also discounted me . She’s very knowledgeable and One of best vets I’ve seen over many years of cat loving. My only regret is I didn’t see her earlier. Front office is very helpful as well!!!

Dr. Amy is wonderful - caring, patient and thorough. Takes the time to answer all questions and explain any issues. Her staff seems very efficient and friendly.

I used to take my cat there every month to get his nails clipped. The last time the doctor got scratched (not a surprise he never liked and i usually held him) she finally put on a long pair of heavy gloves and told me that next time she would have to charge me more money and drug my cat so it would be easier!! But she charged me more at that visit because she was scratched (duh, you're a Vet, that happens) especially since you know my cat and I was there every month. I wrote her an email saying how unprofessional she was. She apologized, but I NEVER went back again. UPDATE...I made an appointment last week for my cat to get medication for ear mites. The girl gave me a detailed price after I asked. I figured I'd give them another chance. I just received a call from the Vet's office saying, since I gave a bad review and said I'd never come back ( which I did not, I said I never went back, see above comment) she refused my cat treatment and banned my pet's and me any treatment. It seems this dedicated medical professional is more interested in reviews than treating pets in distress. Their actions then were unprofessional and now, even more so, two hours before the appointment to cancel and ban me and my pets seems to go against any oath she must have taken. I change my 2 star rating to 1 star or even a zero if possible. My phone records every conversation.

Dr Amy is wonderful I have been going to her for awhile now. She has taken very good care of my animals over the years.

Dr. Amy and her lovely staff are compassionate and professional. They are also very accessible to answer questions. They cared for my senior babies, Slipper and Dora, until they passed at 15 years old. At their passing, Dr Amy and her staff guided me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pet babies.

Took my puppy here for his first visit. Doc called to inform me of what was going on, a FaceTime as other clinic would have been better as we are in a pandemic. The employee comes out, takes the dog and you are to wonder how things went. Front staff billed me wrongly and had to return for an adjustment. I mean the whole vibe there is off.

We brought our puppy here for a wellness check and they were so professional and kind to my wife and pup. The Dr. called us within 5 minutes and asked us questions while we waited in the car due to COVID Restrictions. They attended to my pup, trimmed her nails and cleaned her ears. She was given a clean bill of health. Thank you Mill Basin Veterinary. You guys are top notch and I highly recommend them.

I love Mill Basin Vet and Dr. Amy! Out of work due to covid and my cat needed 2 teeth removed so I was extra stressed about the cost.. I asked for a quote for the surgery. They gave me a reasonable quote and in the end was charged $200 less than what I was willing to pay because she didn't need as much work. If that's not an indication of an honest practice, I don't know what is! All the employees I interacted with were great. They even have a parking lot! Highly recommended. Thanks for taking such good care of my baby.

Although it strange not going inside because of Covid-19 precaution. I still love the experience they took care of my baby very nicely. All the staff was great the vet was very professional she called and gave great follow-up they did blood test they did everything for my Paw ???? baby. I love this place my baby is getting older and I was trying to find a new vet for my baby.

Been going to Dr. Amy for a long time. She's one of the best out there. You can tell the genuine love she has for animals and helping them. Its hard to trust anyone else with your pets after bringing them to Dr. Amy. Whole staff is friendly and helpful as well. Obviously, I recommend everyone here.

Dr. Amy is the absolute best! Ditto love, love, loves Dr. Amy and Jen! Regina and the front desk staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They are taking all the necessary precautions right now! Ditto is golden girl and her dental was was seem-less, her breath is freshest! This clinic want office exam for $65 before giving estimate for a simple cat neuter. Most places atleast provide a range.
