My dog, Callie, had a great time at the puppy social hour! She is currently napping it off. She got to socialize with so many different types of dogs of different sizes. I loved that I got to watch the live stream and see how she was doing while still being COVID safe. There was a good amount of staff that knew all of the dogs and their needs. They read the dogs’ body language and intervened if the dogs were uncomfortable or needed a quick break or redirection. So grateful that Callie got positive exposure to other pups because living in the city, we know she’ll be seeing multiple dogs on a daily basis and this foundation is crucial. Thank you!

This place is a godsend. From the first visit in puppy socialization to half day care, our pup Bowie loves the place so much he pulls us here on the weekends and evenings when they are closed. The staff is friendly and caring and matches the dogs by energy levels. We don’t know what we would do without their team of dedicated professionals. Thank you for Destini and all for the amazing care.

We have been taking our puppy here for four consecutive weeks to the Saturday socialization class. Our little shy puppy has come out of her shell in such a short period of time. Noor is very attentive and carefully watches the puppies during their play hour. She makes sure they all feel comfortable and will separate the more rambunctious pups from the timid ones so that everyone has time to play their own way. Watching the puppies play on Instagram live is really fun and makes me feel reassured that she is being treated well. Socializing a pup during COVID is a challenge but we've felt safe with their precautions and thankful for this opportunity for puppy playtime.

very friendly staff who genuinely cares for the animals! our dog loves spending the day playing with other dogs (inside + outside spaces) and we love its cage-free + knowing she's safe. makes my day when the staff posts pics on instagram throughout the day, too <3.

We came here for our pup’s first socialization and grooming session and were impressed by the professionalism and care he received! Well worth the trip from Manhattan. Shoutout to Noor, Destini and @dre_the_groomer!

Sad that this place went down hill so fast. Too many dogs and its unsanitary. Pee and poop on the floor doesn't get cleaned up quickly, and its understaffed for the amount of dogs (there seems to be no limit) and staff turnover is high. If you ask questions about how your dog is doing...they have no idea. No quality control at all.

I take my two dogs here for doggy daycare and they always come home worn out. The people who work here are great and they are available for any last minute cat/dog sitting needs you may have. I can not recommend them enough.

Groomer did a fantastic job. My pup came out looking so handsome. They even put a cute bow on her head. The manager, Noor is extremely kind and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Look forward to go back again.

MY EXPERIENCE HERE WITH MY 1 YEAR OLD LABRADOODLE PUPPY PRINCESS PORSHA WAS HORRENDOUS! ITS ANY DOG OWNERS WORSE NIGHTMARE! This review will be very long, detailed and extensive. The appointment was made for Monday April 30, 2018 at 9:30am. On Monday I had to work a double so wasn't able to make it. I called her at 7:30am and ask her if it was okay to rescheduled not I will have to find a way to get her there if it was not okay. She assured me it was okay since we had spoke many times prior and that it was my first cancellation. She said normally they have a cancellation fee but she will waive it since I called before hand. I said thank you and we rescheduled for Friday May 4, 2018 at 9:30am. We arrive 9:55am Friday May 4th. Fast forward: I get a call from Noor at around 12:30pm saying that Porsha was cut on the grooming table because "she moved". So they were taking her to a vet to get 1-2 stitches! Instantly I stopped what I was doing and sat down cus I was so shocked! I asked her to send me a picture of porshas cut. ( I WILL ATTACH ALL PICTURES, CONVERSATIONS AND MESSAGES AND EVEN PORSHAS MEDICINE.) The picture she sent didn't display how bad the cut was. However, I said please take her make sure she gets all the necessary medicines and treatments she will need and I need the vet papers of everything that was given! She assured me when I come to pick her up I'll have everything. Fast forward. She kept me appraised of everything going on with Porsha at the vet. She also asked me if we wanted to come and gave us the address. We declined since Porsha was not yet finished being groomed and it was saying 2hours on gps. It's now 6pm and we get to lickers and sniffers to pick up Porsha. I check her cut and it did not need 1-2 stitches, it needed 7. 1ST LIE SHE TOLD ME. I instantly start crying cus I'm livid now. Porsha cut however, was very pretty. But at what cost? I cry for about 2-3 minutes and try to calm down then I pick Porsha up. She is happy to see both my boyfriend and I. Noor is being apologetic and so is the groomer, however, my dog has 7 stitches she don't come there with. I don't want to hear that. I still maintain my composure and sit on the couch. I play with Porsha to see her temperament and behavior. She looks okay. It's time to go now and I ask her how much (just to see if she was really caring and sorry) ? She says $100. My boyfriend pulls out his card to pay and I say "I don't think we should pay for this. You cut Porsha and after all we been through" and I am stopped mid sentence by another customer who walks in. She says "one moment" to us, deals with the other customer and then says "okay it's fine you can just pay for the extras, anal release, and de matting" and stops mid sentence because another customer comes in. The customer leaves and she's like it's okay. No problem. No need to pay. LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS? MY DOG CAME THERE IN GOOD HEALTH NO CUTS OR BRUISES AND YOU CUT HER ON THE GROOMING TABLE AND HAVE THE AUDACITY WANT TO CHARGE US? NOW IM NOT GROOMER BUT THIS IS NEGLIGENCE! A 7 STICTH CUT IS NO ACCIDENT! IT CARELESS NESS! THEN I AKS FOR THE VETS DOCUMENTS THAT SHE GUARANTEED ME SHE WILL HAVE, SHE SAID SHE DOESNT HAVE IT SHE WILL EMAIL IT! 2ND LIE! WE LEAVE AN WE SIT IN THE CAR TO PROCESS IT ALL BEFORE OUR LONG DRIVE BACK! ON OUR WAY BACK HOME I NOTICED PORSHAS LASHES WERE CUT! I CALLED AND SHE IS TELLING ME THEY WERE NOT! I SENT HER PICTURES TO HER PERSONAL NUMBER SHE GAVE ME EARLIER ON AND SHE IGNORED ME! PORSHA PAW WAS EXTREMELY RED AN SWOLLEN! HER LASHES WERE CUT OFF AND SHE HAD ANOTHER CUT BESIDE THE ONE THAT WAS STAPLED! I WILL NEVER TRUST ANOTHER GROOMER ! DO NOT GO HERE! I FO NOT RECOMMEND!

Peace of mind. Those are the words most present whenever I think about Lickers n Sniffers. At a time when dog ownership is almost synonymous to child-rearing, you want someone to care for your pup at least as well as you can, without having to pay an incredible premium for the privilege. Lickers n Sniffers check all these marks and many more. Noor and her team are true professionals who not only love their work but strive to perform at the highest level. They are careful, responsive and responsible, knowledgable and most importantly, authentically loving towards your dog. They also0 succeeded where many had failed before: they gained my dog's trust. On top of all of this, they have beautiful state of the art facilities designed to maximize your pet's wellbeing and happiness. Thanks to Lickers n Sniffers I can breathe a little easier knowing that my dog is in good hands when I am away.
