My cat has terrible experiences at the vet but surprisingly he loved Dr. Max and all the other vet techs in the clinic. Great prices along with a happy animal !! I’m sold, kings bay got a lifelong client in me and my cat wiggles. Thanks Dr Max and his helpers!!!

I had a great experience at this veterinary clinic. Dr. Max and his technician, Viktor, were amazing and professional at handling both of my cats and treating them. Dr. Max is a very well orientated doctor who cares for the well betterment of the individuals pet. Dr. Max and Viktor take great pride in providing every pet with the high quality veterinary care and treating each pet like they are their own.

Dr. Max and his team are superstars! Couldn’t have asked for anyone more professional and caring.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Max and his fantastic technicians since I first got my dog, Buster. They have been so kind and helpful and they made me and my dog feel safe and comfortable. Buster is healthy thanks to them!!!

My cat is not a fan of animal hospitals, but I had a great experience there. Dr Max is very charming man and his detailed explanation was very helpful for me and my furry child. Hopefully I won’t have a need to visit this place much, but even when I have to, I know they will do best for my animal and we leave happy and healthy:)

I really like Dr. Max I think he’s a very good vet. My dog Bubba has been sick on and off for months and we couldn’t really pinpoint the root of his illness. Dr. Max worked with me in changing diets, feeding schedule, adding some meds and luckily Bubba is doing better now. The staff here is nice and helpful whenever I call to ask questions. Dr. Max calls me back to address any concerns and try to find a solution

My Scottish Fold cat has been in heat so frequently and chaotically that her cry irritated not only my family, but my neighbors. I had to make an instant decision to have her spayed. As I live in NJ, I called my local Vet first just to be told that I had to wait 3 weeks to even bring her in for the appointment, not mentioning the actual surgery. A friend of mine then recommended me Dr. Lotovsky. I called the clinic and they were able to see my cat in a week. I was concerned that my cat might have been missing some vaccines, so the clinic coordinated with my previous vet and updated me on what vaccines were due. My cat got needed shots during her spay visit. I am extremely happy how easy the procedure went for my cat. Also, I was pleased to know all expected fees upfront, so there were no surprises afterward. I dropped of my kitty at 10 am and picked her up at 4 pm all fix, vaccinated, labs were done - everything to the highest standards. The Doctor took his time to call me after the surgery and reported on the procedures done, explained the post-op care and ensured I could call the clinic any time if any concerns would arise. On the day 4 my cat is happy and healthy as never before, with minimal to no pain and almost invisible belly incision that is healing nicely. Since now on I will be taking all my pets to dr. Lotovsky and recommend his practice to my friends and anyone looking for quality pet care!

Great practice. The Doctor and staff are very professional and thorough. I've already taken my dog here a few times and always left satisfied with all my questions and concerns answered. Prices are reasonable, the place is clean, and friendly!

Dr Max recently neutured our dog, at the age of 1 year and 4 months. I was blown away by so many aspects of the experience, but most notable the precision of Dr. Max's surgery skills. Our pup came back with such a clean stitch, and it healed super quickly!! Highly recommended! The staff is all friendly and they really care for the animals.

I highly recommend Dr. Lotovski. It is always a pleasure to come in the office. He and his team are professionals which always happy to help. Most of the results are ready within minutes.

This place is great!!! Office is clean and cozy. The receptionist is polite and helpful. And most important is: The doctor Max is amazing: knowledgeable, kind, spends time with your pet, gives advises. The personal is also very caring. This was my first visit to this place. I took my 18 years old cat and I'm happy that i found it!!!

We visited the office yesterday for my five year old lab mix. Dr. Max was lying on the floor to examine SAMMY. The care and professional service was outstanding. Everyone at this office deserves a THANK YOU. He explained everything to myself and my wife. He at no time did he rush and so that you thought he wanted you to leave so that he could see another patient.

I brought a litter of 6 puppies and their momma. Dr.Max was very knowledgeable, as well as very caring!! He took his time to come introduce himself. Terrible services, this people see only the dollar signs. Rude and unfriendly. They not value their customers and don’t care about the pets. Money, money, money this is all their interest. Such a shame.

My family and I recently adopted a pup and I started bringing her here, best choice I made! They are very professional and caring and the veterinarian asks & answers all the questions, gives you needed information and shows that he cares! I highly recommend this veterinarian and thank them as they were open during the lockdown.

Not sure who the veterinarian that is in today short lady long black hair very disrespectful don't you ever yell at a customer again for voicing his opinion. Because my dog was 5.1 lbs not exactly 5.bthey wanted me to give her 30mg of heartworm meds instead of 15mg that for 5lbs dogs. Wasted my time. Even called them to make sure . Avoid this place at all cost. No veterinarians should ever raise her voice and walk away like child close the door behind herself.

Recently my 13 y/o 5lb poodle had an unfortunate accident that almost cost him his life. I had brought him into the clinic at almost closing and they still were able and willing to take us. Dr. Max was amazing he saved my little old mans life. Although he was honest and transparent with me from the beginning that our situation did not look good he was also very compassionate and kind which put me at ease to trust that he would do everything he could. Thankfully and luckily in his hands my little Massimo survived and is doing better than ever. After all was said and done Dr. Max called to follow up and make sure that Massimo was still thriving and doing better the next day. All in all a wonderful experience not only a knowledgeable one but a caring one which is exactly what I want in the medical caretaker of my fur babies. Thank you again Dr. Max and Staff for all you do.

Read this because this is my raving review of this place! My feline family member had her health restored at the hands of the most attentive and loyal doctor while being cared for by the most skilled and dedicated staff at Kings Bay Veterinary Group. Our girl is alive and well after two weeks of intense treatment with various medication and artificial hydration. Here are the highlights of my positive experience. It was easy to make an appointment. Due to COVID19, we were not permitted in but kept abreast of all the steps of diagnosis and updated about our cat’s condition every 15-30 minutes. Dr. Max (Dr. Maxim Lotovsky) deserves utmost praise. Dr. Max cares deeply about his patients, which is evident from the kind approach he takes. Dr. Max explains the condition and diagnosis. He is very conscious about the animal’s comfort and starts investigation very conservatively not to cause discomfort. Furthermore, Dr. Max is very cost conscious and finds the most efficient and least expensive way to diagnose your beloved friend. The treatment plan is very well thought through and explained in detail. The follow up is stellar: Dr. Max calls daily after discharge to ensure stability, progressive recovery, and provide support. The staff of the clinic is kind and polite, very understanding and helpful. My family and I are deeply grateful to Dr. Max and the supporting staff of the Kings Bay Veterinary Group. Highly recommend!

Professional, detailed and attentive vet. Dr Max treated my dog and used covid safety measures, followed up on my pup next day, provided advice and treatment that worked. Great experience overall.
