Everyone from the doctor to the entire staff are amazing. I love this place.

I am a new client at this place and sadly the lady at the desk did not seem pleased to be working here. Very rude and unprofessional.. waited almost 2 hours to get seen.. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Pricing is ok… but I’m sure you can get better customer service else where.

They don’t care at all and care about the money they literally are the worst at answering the phone especially when I was waiting on results and the receptionist are rude.

Enzo and I were very happy with the Union city animal clinic. The vet took a lot of time examining Enzo and telling us everything that was going on. The clinic was very clean and everyone there was really nice. Enzo and I will definitely be visiting there again. I highly recommend it

The clinic overall is not sanitary and reception is completely unprofessional. Took my 17 year old cat in December and waited an hour to have my cat seen when I had made an appointment months in advance and the reception area was EMPTY. After he was seen, the doctor claimed he had several ailments and needed to have his prescription food changed. Asked for a script but was told that they would authorize the script via fax from Chewy. My food order was cancelled because they didn't authorize the prescription in a timely manner. Every day that I called during office hours, the answering service had to take my messages. When I finally dealt with the receptionist she was very curt and unapologetic for the delays. Please go elsewhere if you want your cat to remain alive and healthy. This place is a total joke!!! I don't know how they haven't been sued after reading all of the bad reviews they've accrued.

These clinics like this are not the professional as they pretend to be and also you won’t want to have your pet there. What they do is steal all your money giving you an compromise option asking for more and more exams for you pet after I took her several times and every time was something different and at the they gave me 16 years old Cat dead. Rest In Peace NIKKI

This clinic is not trustable, they wanted me to pay almost $2000 just to get my cat back dead. They are not professional and just kept wanting money. Hope this experience doesn’t happen to anyone else. Don’t trust these people.

Our three consecutive visits to this clinic left a lot of questions to be answered everything was about money after paying nearly $2000 I got my cat back dead. No documents were submitted to me and they were eager to do the cremation of her body, meaning they wanted more money. It is a total scam, they don’t care at all.

Poor service! You make an appointment and wait for a month... To then be advised that you have no appointment. This place need to get there act together and hire folks that know the business. See other reviews and know that this is common practice at this vet clinic.

They were very attentive to my pet's needs! And very reasonably priced.

How do you get a hold of these people? We found a stray cat we want to keep and this is the nearest vet from my boyfriend's home. You cannot make an appointment online and when you call during office hours you get a message to call back during office hours...really?? I know if we show up we will probably be turned away. Very disappointing.

I walked in after their answering service (who picked up during their open hours) told me to come in for emergency. I walk in and they demand a mask even though the person isn’t wearing one and also no one is waiting. They completely lied as they claimed to be “full” without one soul in the waiting area or dog. Also, if you’re going to require mask don’t ask me to take my sick dog who’s been puking All night out because you claim I’m sick. Ps. Please fix your answering service, and front desk staff. They refused service to a very sick puppy. FYI this was mY FIRST and last time here. Hope people don’t experience the same as I did. If anyone has the common courtesy to respond to this I would be surprised

Dr Zalis is really good with cats. She solved my cat's digestive problem when other vets couldn't.

I had an appointment with my fur baby Sergio on September 9th. It was for a teeth cleaning/extraction consult. First impressions, the waiting area was clean and neat. Both secretaries were super nice, friendly and welcoming. This extended and included the clinic pet, an adorable cat by the name of Mango who stopped by and cuddled at my shoes. Everyone wore masks and kept their social distance. The waiting time was adequate - less than 30 minutes. I had two pets before my appointment. There was a steady flow of patients while I was present - from entry to departure. When called in to see the Vet, again, the examining room was spotless. The Vet was very professional, thorough, and explained everything to me. She saw that Sergio's teeth were abysmal, gave me my choices, and settled on performing his cleaning and extractions that very same day. Her bill was itemized and transparent, which I loved! Sergio was picked up as indicated and we left with care instructions and medications. If I had to give a recommendation, I would have to say... a less waiting period for appointments. It took me 6 weeks for my Sergio's date. However, I am extremely pleased with the results and find her and her entire staff to be a group of caring professionals who love animals. Thank you Annia (Raymond's fur mommy) for telling me about Union City Animal Clinic. I have already told a friend to make an appointment for a check up.

They been my vet for 11 years. It can be pricy but, what child is not. My furries are my kids.

After 18 years I had to say goodbye to my Poodle, Ninja. I took him to the Union City Animal Clinic. They were very sympathetic, accommodating and explained everything with details. Very professional. Would definitely recommend this place.

I am so thankful with this clinic they safe my puppy Yorkie from parvovirus she was very very sick the service was awesome the price was reasonable. And bella is doing awesome now.

Dr. Zalis is a knowledgeable and experienced vet who provides great care. The prices here are fair. Yes, the building is older, and during the pandemic, it was more difficult to get an appointment and the front desk was busy. But this is a wonderful neighborhood vet who can perform blood tests and x-rays in-house. It is by far the best option in the area if you are on a budget.

I had to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment today, when I got there, it was closed. I was specifically told " we can't fit 2 dogs in until 3:30." The phone service says yes they are closed today and now here I am needing to find a new vet on short notice. This place has went downhill for a while now and this was it for me. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable place for your fur babies.
