I got a photo and an email every day, which made me feel so much more at ease with being away from her, because I knew she was in the good, caring hands of true animal lovers. Highly recommend!

I recently hired Jordan's Pet Care to check in on my cat once a day while I was away for a week. I loved the daily emails with a picture of my cat, and was generally so impressed with the team of people who stopped by. George can be very shy, but he was playing with the sitters by the end of the week! Will definitely be utilizing their services the next time I'm away.

We have used Jordan's Pet Care now for about two years for our cats. We've used other services in the past, but they aren't nearly as good as Jordan's. The staff is extremely communicative and reliable, and it's so easy to get a sitter for trips. We've even requested a sitter for a last minute trip and they are able to accommodate us. After each visit, you receive an email with a summary of the visit and pictures of your pet(s). I highly recommend Jordan's Pet Care!

I can't recommend Jordan's Pet Care highly enough! We've been using them for a year now and each experience has been consistently excellent. All of the sitters take the time to send personalized daily updates with pictures for each visit, which is no small feat since our cat loves to find creative hiding places, and this really helped reassure us that she was healthy and well taken care of. We've come home from each trip to find a happy and well cared for cat, a tidy apartment, and the sitters even go the extra mile of watering our plants and bringing up all mail and packages as well! Jordan's takes the anxiety out of leaving our cat home during short or longer trips, and all for a very reasonable price!

My dog walker is professional and caring. I like the fact that I get an email and a photo after each visit. We love our walker Christian, he's been so patient and kind with our very fearful rescue dog. The owner, Jordan, is very responsive and receptive as well. They read all of the notes we leave them very carefully and even work with us on new training tactics from our dog trainer. Great service!

Jordan's is amazing! They are super responsive which always makes me feel better. Our walker, Christian, is wonderful. Our puppy is a hard pup to walk and he is so patient with him. Leo is always so excited to see him when comes to the house. I'm so happy I found them. Even though I work from home I have a hard time getting away for the computer. So that afternoon walk is a lifesaver!

Jordan's Pet Care took care of our two guinea pigs while we went away this summer, August 2019. It was a great experience that made us feel so confident and sure that our little animals were being well taken care of. From the first emails (we weren't even sure if they took care of animals other than cats and dogs) to the home visit where we met someone who works there and talked to her about our pets, to the actual time away, everyone at Jordan's Pet Care was nice, caring and responsive to every question and concern. While we were away we got an email with a report and a picture every day - the pictures made us feel so good about what was happening, and that our pets were alive and well. Once or twice there were questions we had while we were away and they were answered and handled very quickly - we really appreciated that. We HIGHLY recommend Jordan's Pet Care.
