My cat was crying all the way to the office. The moment we got into the treating room with Dr. Stein, he settled down! Besides having a soothing and confident presence around animals, Dr. Stein also proved to be extremely knowledgeable as well as an effective communicator. He has shrewd diagnostic skills and a flexible approach to care. His office is bustling with patients, and everyone greets him like an old friend. It's the kind of medical office and treatment people wish they could find for themselves! Dr. Stein is a gem.

Been using Dr Stein for over 22 years. His compassion for my dogs is unbelievable. He is the best vet I have ever gone to. I have 5 pekingese dogs and they all have wonderful lives thanks to him.

I wish I could give 10 stars he is the most amazing doctor I've ever met and also the best person I've ever met.

The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Nobody matches an appointment. When I asked why the receptionist pointed to the door and said that I can go away if I do not like something. On my question why she is so rude the receptionist yelled that she would call the police if I do not shut up. What is it? I did not came to visit the receptionist. I came to see the doctor. Who is she to talk like that with the customers? Why each time visiting the doctor we have to wait about two hours or more? Why people with late appointment have service earlier than people with early appointment? The doctor is very good. That’s why we have to suffer with his awful secretary.

My dogs have been cared for by Dr Stein for 20 years and l have never and will never find a better and more knowledgeable vet. He cares about your pet more than about the money and will never overcharge you.

I went to Dr Stein asking to save my Sophia , she was close to died after delivering her 3 babies..HE SAVED HER!!!!!...We love him!!!..

I love Dr Jeffrey Stein he's been my vet for over 20 years.I am a Cat mom. He looks for solutions not to charge you an arm and a leg. I love his personality. One of a kind.

Dr Stein is warm and willing to explain everything..his staff called me right after my cat surgery that he was successful.

Dr Stein is a good vet, did a surgery for my pet. They called me right away to let me know surgery went well. He treated my per for ear infection also. Wait time is a little long but it is ok. He is not overcharging like other vets. Very happy with this dr. I recommended him to all my friends with pets.

Dear Dr Stein! You the wonderful doctor. However it is absolutely impossible to reach the clinic by phone. The receptionist just answered “vet clinic” and then put the client on hold forever. I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes and then I hang up. I tried several times. The same story. Please take care about it. Thank you.

Best vet I've had in years! Wouldn't take my dogs or cats anywhere else! My little man, my yorkiepoo, was poisoned a few years ago. Dr. Stein never gave up on him. It took 8 months, but Dr. Stein got him healthy again! He saved my Ricky's life!

The doctor is very knowledgeable and is not too expensive. The waiting room is often filled and may get chaotic at times, but if you can ignore it for the sake of your furry buddies, it's worth the wait. Expect a 30 minutes to 1 hour weight. So find something to do or play on your cell phone meanwhile! They were very good to my cats so that's what matters most to me!

Thorough and straight to the point. Answered all my questions and helped my dog. Fair prices too.

Dr Stein is super knowledgable. He obviously cares about his patient and their humans. His prices are extremely reasonable. Parking is tough, arrive early.

Stella is a horrible trouble maker. She talks bad about clients behind their backs. Accused me of being mentally unstable and a drug addict. Also accused me of being a bad mother after I wanted to pay with my child support debit card. She will not release my dog. She's holding her hostage. She has had my dog since thursday and today is Monday. Won't give me any information. I threatened to call the police and she immediately started screaming animal neglect. It wasn't an issue prior to my mentioning the police. Now she won't release my dog without a court order. Beware. Dr. Stein immediately sides with her and everything he's hold you before goes out the window. I just want my dog back. Just an update... Stella is now dictating what monies I can and cannot use to pay for my dog. Evidently she doesn't accept child support payments on my MasterCard because that too is her business. Instead she's asking my best friend to pay for me and I pay her back because evidently my child support is better going to my friend then her? Another update... I spoke to stella on the phone and told her I contacted the state attorney general. She immediately called the police for neglect. The police contacted me and then Dr. Stein who verified my dog was not neglected. Well, not by me anyway. I was able to come pick her up! Stella decided she wanted to record my daughter without her consent. My daughter said I do not give you consent to record me and she said she was going to post a minor online. Dr. Stein told her to knock it off and delete it. She did with attitude and stormed away. Dr. Stein needs someone better to run the place. When my friends were working there, there was absolutely no issues.

Great vet, waiting time is a little long, staff is friendly , service not overprised

Excellent, missing words for appreciation, Dr. Stain is blessed ! Animal lovers are not a target to take advantage, to help animals is a priority number one! Very grateful!

He’s the best,kindest, and most caring ethical veterinarian I ever met and I’ve had a lot of animals he is reasonably priced and doesn’t try to rob you or guilt you into unnecessarily spending money and he actually cares about the animal and you! I highly recommend him
