They sold me a sick dog and didn’t inform me about it or help with anything/ any extra expense that I had to pay to get him treated. When I informed them they didn’t care.

I recently purchased my sweet baby and Helen was such an amazing help. She allowed me to interact with a few puppies before Laci stole our hearts. Her customer service was amazing and though we came during a busy time she never failed to give us the attention and help we needed. This is my second puppy in almost 12 years. I love this place!

Gio helped us find are perfect puppy here. He was very helpful and kind. There were a lot of options from big to small puppies to chose from.

We went in on December 29th looking for a late Christmas gift and Gio was our consultant he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient he took his time with us answered all of our questions even after we left to go weigh our options somewhere else he was still very helpful when we did come back to get our mini poodle the environment was very clean and all of the staff was nice Gio was very patient with us because we were some what indecisive on which puppy to get so we went back and forth for a bit and he never caught and attitude with us he took the puppies out as much as we asked I would definitely go back here for a playmate for our poodle and ask for Gio

Puppy City is the place affordable, healthy puppies shots and records given on spot. Ask for Gino very experienced and knowledgeable about all the pups. I Bought my family a mini poodle and couldn’t be happier with the new addition to my family. Tks Gino for making this a wonderful experience for my family????????

Please people do your homework go onto PUPPY MILLS Website, to know the truth about where the PUPPIES COME FROM. Please do not believe the PET STORE. This business is a large money making busiiness If you adopt you will be saving the life of Dogs. There is a over abundance of pets that need a home. Give them a chance. This goes for every PET STORE that sells puppies.

Very happy staff. They will tell you anything you need about getting a dog. However, you can not adopt them, you have to buy them. Below or above (idk how this works) are some pics of some dogs here this place. They do change them every so often

15 years ago I purchase a Yorkie I called Ebony before I left the store unfortunately she died of old age 15 she was very happy and healthy. I would like to purchase another. And Ebony had a small litter of 3 I have daughter called Princess the other 2 went to my son, they all are 10yrs. So I will return. Ebony and Princess

I walked into puppy city after visiting numerous shelters and not finding a dog that fits. I spotted a puppy I liked and presumed to ask a lot of questions. What should have waved a red flag initially was that the guy behind the counter was nasty to the younger workers. If they aren't kind to their employees, forget abt me. Long story short, I left with the puppy to find out that the puppy had a kennel cough. More than one month later and more than one vet visit, we still have health issues. All those questions I asked in the beginning nicely, a lot of my answers were false. They are business people who don't care abt the animals or what the circumstances are of where the puppy is going. I requested a refund right away after visiting the vet 24 hrs from purchase and have not received anything. Very disappointed in them. P.s all the puppy products are very overpriced compared to the local pet shops and online pet stores. Only found that out after I stocked up on the basics. Avoid stress and stay away.

Puppy city is a very good place to get your puppy. We bought a Toy Poodle and they were sooo helpful. Especially Allyson. They take great care of the pups. We were very lucky to find this place.

Expensive AF. Not much of a selection. Cute pups though, come at the right time they'll let you play with the pups.

Never buy a puppy from a pet store!! I bought two one wound up at the vets a week later on an IV for ten day days. The other kennel cough. I never got the Maltese’s papers. This store is in Flushing NY of of kissena Blvd. the dogs come from puppy Mills. These should all be close down

We got our Shih-poo puppy here today and we are very happy. The puppies here are very healthy and cute and the staff are very nice. Geo was our main guy that helped us out and he also gave us tips, Tony and the manager also gave us some more tips on training our puppy. I would recommend this place to people who are looking for puppies, especially first time owners.

Not much of a selection. Expensive.

One of the store workers (male, in his late 30's or 40's, Hispanic, average height) is unbelievably unpleasant! He was so rude and nasty, he didn't even try to hide that he was not going to speak to you unless you were definitely buying a puppy today. Each question I asked, he would demonstrate that he wasn't interested in giving you any information until "after you buy the puppy". It was totally despicable considering that he wasn't merely selling some goods, but actual living creatures. He was so passive aggressive that I could not see myself buying any pet there after being treated with so much disrespect and hostility. Went into the store all excited to take that long sought action of a new family member addition and came out disgusted that the seller was out for your money only. Total disregard for the pups and customers. I'm sure the store has lost a lot of customers due to his demeanor.

I just bought my Teddy Bear ????doggy here it was a wonderful experience they were very very nice and servicial especially miriam who guided us through the whole process because it's my first time having a dog. She told me everything I needed to know. I'm very grateful ????????????. Thank you!!!
