I tried to make an appointment and the receptionist was totally unprofessional as notifying me to wait outside in case the previous patient appointment is running late. I told them under the hot weather, it's going to be hard to wait more than 30 mins outside. As soon as I said that, the receptionist voice turned reluctant and irritated. She started yelling at me as if I understand what she mentioned. This place needs to train their employee how to deal with their customers.

I have two dogs that used to go here, until today. I was babysitting another dog who got into a tussle with a porcupine. When I called Heights & Hill they said they were too busy to see the dog. I asked the receptionist to ask the Vet since this was an emergency. The Vet, according to the receptionist, said she was too busy but if I had called earlier she might have been able to squeeze the dog into her schedule. No, that's why it's called an emergency. So sorry my emergency didn't line up with your schedule! Worse Vet in America. Stay away. They had 2 dogs from one client, could have gained a third, now they have none.

Had the very best experience with my sick dog. Dr. Burnett was very thoughtful, caring and thorough. I've recommended her to all of my friends.

After doing a ton of research on where to take our new puppy, I landed on Dr. Dockery and Heights & Hill Veterinary Hospital because of how highly other pet owners reviewed the practice. I was not disappointed - Louie actually gets excited to go see Dr. Dockery and runs right up to the door when we take him. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind and gives you great care as the pet owner. It's clear she loves to work with animals and Louie always has great visits with her. She is confidently reassuring and I trust her completely. The support staff and vet techs are also wonderful, I can't say enough great things about everyone at Heights & Hill!

Dr. Dockery values integrity and honest assessment and doesn't try to take advantage of your purse like other places in the cobble hood. I have a service dog and a rescue dog; no matter what, everyone at Heights and Hill treats us with genuine love and respect. The new location is lovely and spacious.
