I can't speak to the quality of services but I've been trying to get through to them for scheduling a new patient visit for a couple of days. I sit on hold for 5-15 minutes before hanging up and I've tried filling out their online form, as well (no resonse). I understand being busy, but what if I had a legitimate emergency? There is no option for a certain extension in the event of an emergency, nor is there someone who answers and asks if I an be placed on hold. Reviews look good for service, which is why I reached out, but I don't feel comfortable with a vet's office I can't reach in an urgent situation.

Dr. Pernice and staff are always attentive to my pets needs.

Multiple people recommended Brooklyn Veterinary Group to me and I’m glad I decided to take my dog here. Dr. Gambino and the whole team were great! They’re friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and most importantly they actually care about the animals! I highly recommend.

The Dr. was amazing with my dog, staff the same just great people. Most Veterinarians see my dog and they ask to restrain him and the Dr and he staff took the time to meet him and they proceeded from there. Thank you Dr, and all your staff. Pretz Family.

One person can go in with the vet the vet nice and readable

Unfortunately I had to go there because my cat was very sick and couldn't be saved. The staff was so kind and sensitive to me. The staff is very warm and considerate to every patients needs. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good veterinarian.

I love Dr. Pernice! He's been the best vet for my cat ever! Dr. Gambino is great too, I somehow just started getting scheduled for Dr. Pernice s hours, and he has been excellent with my picky, oversensitive, OCD male cat! Everyone there is sooo nice and accommodating. The staff is incredibly busy, yet incredibly patient and will listen to me go on and on about my cat's itchy skin! ???? They are ALL true animal lovers here!

Finding a good vet can be a trying experience but when your in the hands of doctor Gambino you just don't have to worry. I've taken four different cats to this hospital. I've had neutering procedures done, teeth cleanings, check ups and an ear mite issue that another hospital told me that my cat could be stuck with for life. This was simply not true and I never would have known if I hadn't come to the Brooklyn Veterinary Group. They also participate with the Friends of Animals Alliance which can help you save money with neutering. This is not the most expensive vet but its not the cheapest either. If you want great care you have to pay for a good hospital and doctor just keep that in mind and they will work with you. I advise spending money to get your animal the pain shot the next day if they're being spayed as this will minimize the trauma and stress from this experience. Their front desk staff is nice and knowledgeable. Their receptionist can even help enroll you in a rewards program to take advantage of getting money off of future procedures and visits. The nurse's here are nice but when it comes to handling felines I prefer some of the women nurses at this clinic as they are more gentle with cats. I am very happy to have found this veterinarian since vists to the vet can be truamtic and stressful. I've found that the stress in dealing with my animals has greatly decreased since coming here. I had to bring my cat Freddie in only to find out he was in severe kidney failure. Dr. Pernice & his staff were so sympathetic & compassionate. They went above & beyond to help me help my baby boy Cross the Rainbow Bridge. When i do adopt another cat, Dr Pernice will definately be my vet. Wonderful service the staff are kind and friendly

The most caring and attentive vet’s office I’ve ever been to! My cat has chronic constipation, and needed an extraction done as soon as possible. They made space for him last minute on a Friday afternoon, and took care of him like he’s their own! The nurse, Melissa, was so thorough and attentive. He is usually not a fan of the vet, and turns into a little demon once they start handling him. Melissa took the time to gently pet him, and let him sniff her when they just met, so he even let her pick him up without trying to tear her face off! The office has a very friendly atmosphere, too.

Best vet for my baby

I have been going to this vet for 10 + years. Dr. Pernice and dr. Gambino are awesome, professional, and reliable. I always feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care.
