dr. lutanskiy is friendly and knowledgeable about cats; therefore i trust him. prices are fair. only qualm i have is that the older vet tech seems to hate his job and it shows. in the past, the other vet techs would explain how to administer the given meds to my cat when i picked them up to clear up any confusion. but the older guy didn’t say anything other than “read the label” and was dismissive. this would be a 5 star vet clinic otherwise.

The cat is very sick.....

Dr. Lutanskiy is the best vet I’ve ever seen. I love how he understands that our pets are very close to our hearts, as close as our babies; and treats the pet as if it was a human baby. He reminds me of a good pediatrician. I can tell that he is a very kind and a gentle human being. His staff is also very nice, very understanding and helpful. It’s one amazing operation they run there. I’m impressed!

We decided to stay with Dr. Lutanskiy after one visit. This place is responsive, professional and doctor is nice, patient and understandable. He does more than just the routine and always we found his treatment and suggestion very helpful. I have recommended a few friends of my SILANG to Dr. Lutanskiy, one of them is staying even though he lives between NY and FL...

I saw the vet in this office a couple years back and was happy with the experience. It was a regular check up for one of my two cats. But when I decided to bring in my other cat (she developed a skin problem) they just kept on brushing me away with the most ridiculous excuses you can think of. "Our vet does not deal with skin problems, call animal hospital", or "She was a stray? Oh, then she must be really aggressive (WHAT???), so no, the doctor cannot see her". Mind you, the cat has been indoors for 2 years since I found her outside. I gave up and took my kittie to a different place. But when I called this office again (my last attempt) for a second opinion, the response was "OUR DOCTOR DOES NOT PROVIDE SECOND OPINIONS (??????) Ok...(A second opinion is not exactly shopping for doctors, Bath Animal). Zero trust in this office, obviously. And please don't call me now that the negative review is posted, don't bother. I'll take the cat somewhere else, while this well deserved feedback is all yours.

The staff is very nice even though I only just made an appointment they listen to everything that I said and took the time answer the questions I had. The gentleman William who answered the phone was very nice and professional.

Doctor explained everything. He is very good and friendly. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I woud never come back if that Dr. continue working here

Dr Lutanski is the most professional vet for my Kubi and Bubble. He is very caring, straight forward, always calls back with any of my concerns, AND never once have we experienced any unnecessary procedures done with him and we have been his patients for a very long time. His prices are fair. The staff is very responsive and helpful, especially Daniel. The office is always clean, and what I like the most is that they do not overbook, everyone is seen at their appointment time.

Disappointed with both Daniel at the front desk and Dr Lutanski.

Doctor Edward was very caring and called us several times after our dog had a mass removed from his leg. All was well and we are greatful.

Dr Lutanskiy had been my dog wanzi’s doctor for many years. Now my little one has a new place to go because we moved far away from NY. I went to 3 vet since February and I couldn’t find a best one for her. Dr Lutanskiy never refused to see my girl when she has emergency, I can feel he really care about animals. I know he’s busy every day so I understand why he forgot to answer my questions sometime. The doctors in my new place are nice and patient but I don’t see they care about my dog they let assistances ask me all the questions even for lab results. I’ll continue to visit this clinic when I move back.

Dr. Lutyanski is the best. He helped my cat. He explained everything very clearly. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming.

So we came to this practice for our pet’s skin condition for the first time few years back. From that initial visit, we were so pleased with Dr. Luthansky’s attentiveness and kindness that we ended up keeping him as our one and only vet for our four legged family members (we have 2 dogs and a cat). The service is superb as staff and practitioner are very courteous, sensitive, and attentive. This veterinarian is really compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of the animals in need whether it’s just an annual check up, acute illness,or an ongoing chronic condition. Dr Luthansky takes his time to care for his patients! Highly recommended!!

We couldn’t be happier with Dr. Lutansky. Compared to our previous vet, he is quick and attentive. Our cat was having some dental issues and we brought her in within the same week and he treated her in less than 30 minutes, as well as gave us everything we needed to treat her at home and avoid having to perform a dental procedure on her. We plan on bringing the rest of our cats within the next few weeks and staying with him as long-time patients!

Dr Lutanskiy and his staff are all wonderful. Dr Lutanskiy is great explains everything in detail. If your looking for a vet I definitely recommend Dr Lutanskiy.

They are very pleasant people. And the places is very clean. And they have alot of patience with you animal.

Dr. Lutansky is attentive to the needs of the pet and the owner. We went to him after a friend recommended him. He is great at followup and his office staff is great.

Great staff ,Excellent Doctor always caring and honest never over charges and is very smart

The doctor is such a wonderful person. First he saved my son's dog, and it was not easy, she had a very rare disease. Now he is taking care of our dog who got a bunch of problems unfortunately :( But she is doing great, thanks to him. He is never in a hurry, explains every little detail for several times if needed! Always calls next day to follow up. Thank you Doctor!

Took my dog here to get his teeth clean. They did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend
