I can't say enough good things about All Creatures. My dog gets so excited to go there, and he truly doesn't want to leave. The entire staff at All Creatures is fabulous. As a first-time dog mom, I always have a million questions and worries, and they are so patient and thorough. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Upd in 2021: had several serious communication issues with staff (tech taking down triage info wrong, conflicting replies about test results being ready, Dr. M. not getting back to me on 2 separate pet cases - one involved decision about needing to have a surgery and she admitted she forgot about us for over a week - which is honest, at least). They are not taking new clients since 2020 but, sadly, still can’t seem to handle the case load. Receptionist Brittanie was great. After Dr. Backx leaving, third vet wasn’t hired, which adds to backlog. I never had to question their medical input, just how poorly it is run and issues in treatment administration bordering with negligence, hence leaving it at 3 stars. Hope hospital figures out how to get better. 2020: Fantastic Dr.Backx, fantastic reception staff, fantastic techs. I’ve made a point of being present at every surgery and every vet visit of all of my pets throughout life. This year, for the first time, because of covid and new drop off/pick up protocol, I couldn’t (and was internally screaming since it was also my first visit to ACVH). The amount of warmness, attention and care my cat and I received was incredible and continues to amaze me through out our follow ups. Thank you ????

Always with great staffs and they really cared for my cat for many years. They are very trustworthy. If you want your pet’s doctor to know what they are doing, they should be your choice!

The best vet! We love Dr. O and Dr. Morgan. They’re always quick to fit us in the schedule if our pup has an emergency or is ill. The entire staff is so caring and friendly. We love All Creatures!

The staff is so kind and great at communication. I have emailed or called about my cat between checkups and they are always both quick and helpful in responding. I feel very good about the care my cat receives here and would recommend to any other pet parent who wants to know their loved one is in good hands!

Dr. Morgan and All Creatures are the best of the best. They have given my dog wonderful, loving care for many years. Small breed puppy first visit, and a very extremely large bill. Did not check her ears, nose, toes, skin, coat nor tail, no temperature, Did check her mouth, did give her a vaccine, and fecal test. No blood work, no X-ray. voluntarily gave me deworming medication. That’s it… why the great bill$$$ for an 10 week , 2lbs puppy. the puppy and I need to eat! ????‍♀️ Bit disappointed$$$ thank God puppy is not not sick.

I will never go anywhere else, I love this place they always take such good card of our dog child. They are consistent and well priced. You can tell the whole staff genuinely loves animals. They are always so amazing answering all my questions and concerns and giving me suggestions the benefit the health of my dog and not always trying to constantly benefit their pocket. I can’t say more amazing things about this vet. My dog has better doctors then I do ????????

I spoke with the vet directly about my cats blood test and she said her kidney looks normal. Few weeks after my cat got really sick and then I requested the same blood test result documents to review with another vet, it showed the kidney way out of the normal range. I felt this this vet cheated the life of my cat, because is she was put on the wrong dose medication and her life was shorten. Also they are very pushy about thier pharmacy even they don't have the right dosage. It took me 6 months after my cat passed to write this review because I want to be less emotion to give a review that is true to what happened.

I love this place. They go out of their way to make my dog feel at ease and I love the veterinarian. I feel like they're really open about the cost of all procedures, shots, etc and don't try to convince you to do something if it's not needed for your pet. Highly recommend!

My male doggy Skipper is like my son and my female Kitty Spooky is like my daughter. I trust no one handling my children's care except for All Creatures Veterinary. I truly believe in their staff. They care for my animals. My pets are in perfect shape and in perfect health thanks to All Creatures

They really, really care about animals and they know what they’re doing. Compassion and expertise is what I look for in a veterinarian, and the whole staff exudes both. I highly recommend All Creatures!

Dr. Onderdonk and her team are so wonderful, our visit was prompt and informative and accommodating. The cost of the visit and the vaccines are reasonable aka not too expensive!

This is how it works: You go, they give you the attention you want, your sick pet sees the doctor, nothing really gets resolved, but you hold out for the followup test results and future plan-making. Then, they charge a lot of money, then they go full amnesia about actually following up and resolving the issue with your pet (what's your pets name? when did they see the dr?). Then you never get a call from the doctor even if you call several times and they keep telling you the doctor will follow up. Then, you go in again because your pet is still sick. More money, more amnesia. After several cycles of this and you decide to move on to another vet because you still have a sick cat, and they won't release the test result documents you need because they are still waiting on Dr. M to sign off on them. I am still waiting for these important test results. Not professional, not reliable, not responsive. Yeah, that sums it up. I've been going to them for years and they used to be great (sorta, now I'm wondering). It's 2021 and I implore you to not waste your precious time. Your beloved animal doesn't deserve it. I never write reviews. I just don't want you to put your pet's life in their hands. Update: Two weeks later and still no released results. Now they are on vacation until next week... Update: may 3rd. Still on vacation, still no documents. It’s been over 3 weeks since I requested them.

I love All Creatures Veterinary. Even after moving out of the area, we have decided to stick with them just because they are so wonderful to Ramona. Very attentive, and very sweet to every animal I've seen them interact with. Staff is very friendly, very helpful. Their prices are also very affordable.

They have a great deal of care for your pet family. They answer all your questions and concerns, keep you update on health and upcoming updates. Great communication response and reply time. I would recommend them.

Both the front desk staff and Dr. Onderdonk were incredibly friendly, responsive, and informative. I felt completely welcome to ask many questions and was met with thoughtful answers. I knew my cat was in great hands and it eased so much of my anxiety in taking care of his health as a senior pet. I had to change vets due to location and they made cancelling my appointments and transferring his info to the new vet a breeze.

I’ve been taking my dog Alfie to All Creatures since he was a young pup. Alfie has had many digestive issues throughout the years and All Creatures/Dr. Morgan has always taken very good care of him. I live in Queens now and still commute into Brooklyn for vet visits because I don’t trust that any other place would take as good care as All Creatures.

The vets at All Creatures are kind and thorough—I always feel like my dachshund is cared well for. I also don’t ever feel, like I have at other vet offices, as if I am being pressured to agree to unnecessary procedures for my dog. The rates are reasonable, the vet techs are capable (though one is a little insensitive) — I definitely recommend All Creatures.

I love All Creatures. They are responsive, thorough, professional, and good about answering your questions as well as keeping the experience personal and kind. You feel like your furry friend is being seen as an individual, with care and love. In a city like NY where so many vets have had to go corporate, I feel good about my cat being cared for by an independent vet that feels strongly about bringing individualized care for each animal. They also recommend a good network of specialized care givers when needed, such as my cat needing to be seen by a heart specialist for a heart murmur. Like all cats mine is scared to go to the vet, but he always comes back like he's proud of himself for doing it and is immediately back to his normal self, not traumatized at all from the experience. It also feels like their prices are fair, and they are good about refilling his meds quickly. They are great, I highly recommend!

Amazing service and great care. We had to bring in our cat a couple weeks ago because he seemed to be in great pain. Our usual vet was not available for visits since NYC has been affected by the COVIC quite a bit, so we were incredibly worried about finding care for our cat. We called ACV and they gave us an appointment only a couple hours away. Considering how careful everyone has to be right now in regards to the pandemic, we were impressed to see how ACV handled the situation. I felt very safe, and therefore felt comfortable leaving my cat. Within the first hour, we received multiple calls continuously updating us on the situation. Then, we were told to come back to the practice, where we were told a price range for our cats procedure (which was lower than we had expected) and told to be back later that day to pick him up. Not only did we get back a happy and healthy cat, but it was also much cheaper than we thought it would be, and we got some information on how to take care of our kitty going forward to ensure his best health. Dr. Morgan's recommendations have been great for our cat, and he seems to be doing better than ever! I HIGHLY recommend ACV to anyone who needs a trustworthy, competent, kind, and funny team of vets for their pet, and I know I will be back if my kitty ever needs anything again.

Each staff member is friendly, professional, and helpful. It is easy to get ahold of someone when you need them. Current vital public health requirements due to pandemic are certainly necessary and handled well by this practice. Even though I was outside, I felt completely involved in my dog's care - each step of the visit was clear and easy. Dr. Onderdonk is amazing - empathetic, knowledgeable, and practical. Our dog is thriving because of her recommendations. Thank you!
