Dr. Glassman and Dr. Panigrahi are tops in my book, as are the rest of the Team at RVH. I have brought my girls (cats) and have not been disappointed with the care and service received. When the time came to say goodbye to Lucky. I could feel not only sympathy, but also empathy from everyone. Thank you for helping us get through a difficult time with tenderness and respect.

The staff at Roosevelt are excellent in many ways. I have three pups, one being a German Shepherd, and they have always went out of their way to make sure my dogs are comfortable during their visits. They are an honest, reliable, hard working staff. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality vet care. Dr. Allison Glassman and Dr. Kate Panigrahi are both are top specialists in their fields. They are compassionate and technically proficient veterinarians. Great staff, too!

Dr. Glassman and the entire staff at Roosevelt Vet hospital are Awesome! They have taken amazing care of my dogs (and cats) over the years. They are kind and compassionate. Dr. Glassman’s treatment has prolonged the lives of my dogs giving me extra time with them, and I am forever grateful. I very highly recommend Roosevelt Vet Hospital.

We took our new kitten here shortly after adopting him. Scheduling the appointment was a piece of cake! Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. Being new pet owners, everyone was very patient with us with all of our questions! A vet tech, Bre, was so friendly and helpful! Dr. Glassman was also fantastic and spent lots of time with us. I definitely will be going back here and I highly recommend you start going as well!

Pretty happy with our first boarding experience, they were very accommodating. I plan on using Roosevelt for veterinary services going forward as well (leaving another local practice after 15 years, due to numerous issues).

Been going here for a few years multiple animals. Did not bring one of our animals back for a check up and they called the aspca on us, lying to them about how we abuse our animals and to state that the animal had maggots coming out of it when all our our animals are healthy. Very unprofessional spiteful rude people. We had also gotten a second opinion from another vet office about one of our animals and they were able to treat our pets condition with simple medicine, not surgical procedures like they were trying to sell us on. Always shop around, get second opinions, and read every review because the facts can save you time and headache.

Amazing staff!!!! My pup gets super excited the minute we turn in to the parking lot!!! So happy I found them!

I'm a somewhat difficult, overly caring pet owner. Roosevelt meets my needs. Good communication, considerate staff and the Vet (both) does a nice job explaining. My only issue is they still have COVID protocol in place so you can't accompany your pet on visits. I want to be in the room during exams...hopefully that will change though. I highly recommend...

Greeted immediately by friendly staff. The facility didn't have any foul odors or off-putting signage. Frankie (cat) was treated very kindly, her ears were clogged and had to get flushed. The veterinarian sent her home with medication and followed up on her in a few days. I appreciate the electronic follow through, reminders, and registration of her vital information. I am hoping Frankie will be a patient here for decades. Unfortunately Frankie wasn't with me for decades. Meeko, a much less mild mannered boy has taken the throne. He was given his royal check up with a nail trim. The Doctor and Staff treated him like the King he is.

Roosevelt has given exceptional care for my pets, and excellent communication when questions arise. I couldn't dream of taking my pups anywhere else.

From the first phone call I made to obtain information and schedule an appointment, I felt so at ease. After the visit, Dr. Glassman took the time to explain my puppy’s visit, listened to my concerns and did not rush me off the phone. I highly recommend Roosevelt Vetinarian!

Since bringing her home, I’ve been taking my standard poodle puppy to Roosevelt Veterinary. The staff has been amazing and very responsive despite all of the challenges faced during the pandemic. Dr. Glassman and the staff have treated Daisy wonderfully and with great care. They’ve explained all treatments and medications in great detail and with compassion and understanding. I’ve also taken advantage of their doggy day care program. I was hesitant to leave Daisy for an entire day. However, they eased my hesitance by sending texts and videos of Daisy having a great time throughout the day. At pickup Daisy was exhausted but happy. She will be a regular now. I highly recommend Roosevelt Veterinary for both medical care and boarding/daycare. I have the utmost confidence and peace of mind leaving my Daisy in their hands.

Roosevelt is the place to go to for Veterinary care. Everyone is kind and helpful and supportive. The head Veterinary, Dr. Glassman is in a class of her own. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and I trust her implicitly with my dogs. Honestly, i dont know what we would do workout her. Her staff which includes Meaghan is awesome! She is on top of everything! They ar3 part of our family. We love them!

Personable, clean, efficient. This is the first vet I've had that doesn't feel like I'm being up-sold on unnecessary products/examinations. Plus, they put on very neighborly events like Xmas photo shoots, BBQs, etc. All of this makes the house-like building feel like a home!

I can go on and on and say so many wonderful things about this place! My vet closed when my dog turned 11. Of course when her vet closed is when she started having complications, we went to Roosevelt from a recommendation and so happy we did. The staff is so kind, compassionate and welcoming. They do an amazing job scheduling and getting you in ASAP. I know my baby is always in good hands when we go and so grateful that we found them !

We love Roosevelt and all the staff! This is an office that truly cares about your pets. We are always able to get an appointment when requested, even last minute. The PetDesk app is my favorite part as you can set up any type of visit right there. Personal attention is given through follow up phone calls/texts. They are very responsive! We trust this office and wouldn't go anywhere else. Our dog has anxiety, but when we pull up to the office, he is all smiles! That says it all.

My pup Ranger & I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Ranger takes time to adjust to new places, new people & new dog friends. All of the staff fully understood how to make him comfortable & let him come around on his own time which not only made Ranger more comfortable, but myself knowing he’s in great hands. Ranger now is playing with so many of his dog friends, is completely out of his shell, has learned some behavioral tricks & is SO excited the second we pull into the parking lot & greet the staff. They also send videos of how the day is going & how much fun he & his friends are having. It makes me so excited to see how comfortable he is. It wouldn’t be possible without the AMAZING staff. Everyone there is SUPER friendly, accommodating & I could go on for hours about how much this place means to Ranger & I! This is the NUMBER ONE place I would recommend to anyone who needs dog daycare or even their vet services.

My Max needed to be seen ASAP as he was having trouble urinating. He was unaltered at the time and it caused his prostate to become enlarged. My sister in-law recommended Roosevelt Animal Hospital to me . Dr Glassman attended to Max. She had recommended getting him neutered as that was the cause of his enlarged prostate and would help fix the problem. Honestly I waited to see how he would be after the coarse of antibiotics but I soon realized that she had his best interest at heart because indeed he needed to be Neutered to help with his problem. She continued to follow up with me on Max’s recovery and even after a few months she called to check up on him again ! The staff at Roosevelt Animal Hospital is amazing and if anyone knows me my Pups - all 5 of them are my children just as much as my human children so I don’t entrust their care to just anyone !! If you want the best care for your fur babies go Roosevelt Animal Hospital and see for yourself ! Thank you Roosevelt Animal Hospital for being such wonderful and caring people !

First visit with a new puppy Doctor was very clear on what to expect and a rough time-line on vaccines. Suggested what food to use and for how long. I feel that it will be a great relationship between us. Thanks Roosevelt !

I've been taking my new puppy, Freyja, to both Dr. Glassman and their daycare since Sept 2020 and am very happy with the level of service that they provide. I opted to purchase the puppy package which made it easier for me to not have to remember when and what vaccines were needed; they take care of it all (including microchip), and they will give her vaccines when she is at daycare so I don't have to make separate appointment. Yesterday, Freyja was spayed and I chose the laparoscopic option. It was more expensive than traditional spay but worth every penny (Freyja is 7 months and high activity level - no way could I keep her calm for 2 weeks). Dr. Glassman called me after the surgery to give me update and followed up today to see how Freyja was doing. I like that level of concern and follow up care; shows they care as much about your fur baby as you do! Freyja showed no signs of pain or discomfort and was jumping and wanting to play tug-of-war the same evening she came home from the surgery! (which is why I chose the laparoscopic!). Everyone I have met or spoken to at Roosevelt Vet Center and the Mansion daycare has been friendly and professional. I love the new location and could not be happier with their services. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a full service, local vet.

Where do I begin?? I was told about Roosevelt Veterinary Center when we got our Mandy over a year ago. From our first visit, we were so impressed with the entire Roosevelt staff AKA “family”. Their love for animals is so apparent and you just know that your fur babies are in good hands. Since Mandy needs and loves to run with other dogs, taking her to Roosevelt Mansion for Doggie Daycare, is a MUST !! We are definitely regulars there and quite frankly, we would be lost without them. If you just mention that she’s going to see Alberto and her friends, she goes crazy. Alberto is the BEST and runs such a nice facility. Both he and his wonderful staff, love all the fur babies and once you see their reactions to them, you know that the feeling is mutual !!! They can’t get out of the car fast enough ... I highly recommend every aspect of Roosevelt !!! Your treasured pets are in the best hands. Maggie Podvesker ????????

I highly recommend Roosevelt Vet Center. I have been so impressed with the service we have received. I got a new puppy in July and we have gone every 3 weeks for her shots. Every time the tech has come out and explained everything to me. There is a very impressive new pet package to help with the beginning costs for all the visits you need to do. We bought the package and while it seems like a lot of money up front, it has been so much easier to go for her visits (shots) and not have to pay anything because it’s already paid for. I highly recommend buying this package. They keep track of when certain shots have to take place, when to give certain medications so I haven’t had to worry about any of that. They have an app that is great and very user friendly. In the app you can schedule appointments, put reminders, purchase food or medications, etc. I wouldn’t bring my puppy to any other vet. Dr. Glassman has been amazing. She is very responsive to my questions through email and encourages people to ask anything. There are great techs that work there and complete The Roosevelt Team! Thank you!
