Worst experience ever at a vet. Brought my dog to get spayed, when I came to pick her up I found the bill was over $100 higher than expected because she was given two vaccines without my knowledge or permission. This was after she had a pre exam in which she was given vaccines and cleared for the spay. My dog is sensitive to vaccines and I never would have allowed her to get them on the same day as surgery. When she was picked up she immediately started vomiting in the car from the reaction to the vaccines on top of medication from spay. In addition the staff were extremely rude and no after care instructions were given for the surgery. This place should be shut down, and will be reported to the state.

This is my go to vet now, the service is amazing and the prices are perfect. They did both of my cats spay and neuter and I take them there for their yearly check ups and to update their vaccines if needed.

These vets managed to miss a baseball size mass in the abdomen of my cat. That should tell you enough, STAY AWAY. I took my baby 2x a year here since he was getting older. Yet these incompetent vets still missed a mass that large. Only found out due to getting a second opinion 2 weeks later. My poor baby has an expected 2 months here with us. I only feel regret & guilt for using this location as a primary provider.

They were wonderful & have taken care of numerous pets of my household. They are very loving. I highly recommend them.

Dr. John is caring and takes special pride in what he does for our furry family. We can call on Dr. John at anytime if something comes up with our baby Chaz. Chaz turns 11yo in July. We had him since he was 6wks old. He's experiencing some pain, a heart murmur and allergy since he came into our lives. Dr. John makes sure he gets an apoquel shot monthly along with other medications. We worry about our pooch a lot, but with the help of Dr. John we feel great confident.

Absolutely the best Veterinary experience we’ve ever had. Had my pets spaded and neutered within 3 hours. Both dogs were walking around and playful when we picked them up. Amazing service. Friendly and accommodating staff. As worried dog parents we were hesitant to get these procedures done, but now we are so glad we did. They are so much calmer. Vet even called to follow up with their well being. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets.

I waited over a month for the first appointment, brought my dog into PetKraze. NO COVID social distancing protocols in place. There were a slew of people all cramped together in a 6 foot space with their pets, their window smack dab in the middle. They are protected but could care less about the pet owners. I am undergoing chemo and told them this. They told me they did not know how long it would be before they could see my dog. Rescheduled me, telling me it would be the first appt. of the day and they would come out and get my dog, but that did not happen. I wasted two trips and my dog was never seen.

My cat was neutered on Thursday and we had some complications a couple days after the neuter.. so I emailed them, Caitlin Told me to call if Forest(my cat) keeps vomiting and he didn’t but the next day stopped eating so I called and a younger girl picked up the phone saying to come in and I asked to speak to a doctor she said he’s not in and would make sure he gives me a call .. she probably never told him because he never called. Just be aware they never pick up the phone and your lucky if they do. I don’t think that’s a way to run a business especially for pets like mine who just had surgery and need to ask some questions. Everything about this experience sucked the one star is for Caitlin and dr orbin who took time to make sure he was okay. I don’t know who I spoke to on the phone but she shouldn’t be a receptionist for many reasons.

Unbelievably rude, condescending and unprofessional. I left because I did not trust my cat in the care of this vet.

I took my 2 year old bunny for a neutering and I was very worried if he could get through the surgery. Sydney, the reception lady was very sweet and professional. She eased my nerve and took a good care of the bunny. My bunny did well and woke up eating his pellets! Four days have passed so far and he is better than ever! I highly recommend them for the service and the low cost!!

Dr John is a wonderful person and he has a great staff. Only drawback is waiting on benches for your turn, but that's how they keep the prices reasonable, no frills. I would definitely recommend him, he is so sweet and talks that way to the animals.

With PAW, you get a great vet with a caring staff and great veterinarian care. Thanking you in advance because, your are so so busy. Thank you for not raking people n pets through the coals and still providing quality care for the animals we bring to you! My cat Spatz has Stomatitis and will eventually have some teeth extracted. Great service. Practiced good procedures for dealing with covid. I brought my dog in for a wellness check. The Vet called me on the phone to give his assessment and see if I had any questions.

The vet and clinicians were so kind and gentle with my fur babies. They were amazing!

Called Dr.Orban bright and early on a Saturday morning waking him up with an Emergency. His eyes probably weren't even open yet and he was up and ready to care for my emergency! My dog would have died if it weren't for him! I'm forever indebted to his care. It's not about the money for him, it's about helping animals in need and THAT is hard to find anymore! So Dr.Orban and staff, thank you so much for everything!!!!

Hi we took our 5 1/2 month old French bulldog to get spay April 30th, when we picked her up we noticed she had a big bunch of skin that was big and ulgy, we told the girl who brought her out and she said that would go away, now over a week later it still looks ugly and is big. It looks like sloppy work like they rushed doing it. No one even called to follow up. Not to happy. Would not have another spay done there, maybe only well shots where I can watch.

First..they never answer the phone..How can you run a business like that? My 2nd appointment with them I was advised they were running 20 minutes late..Due to the fact there was a large Rottweiler waiting that the owner took on a very short leash when he saw my cat carrier I said I would wait in my car and the receptionist told me she would call me when the vet was ready to see my blind sick cat..40 minutes later..no call..I try to call to see what was going on..No answer..shocking! So I leave my cat in the car and walk in..There is the receptionist at her desk not answering the phone! I say you have had me waiting 40 minutes..no response..so I say cancel my appointment..she didnt even offer 5 more minutes..nothing..just says OK..worst customer service ever! I also had Chewy call for my cats special diet that they put him on and they wouldn't give Chewy approval..said they don't give prescriptions over the phone!!! I have never dealt with a less professional business.

I was referred to Paws on Patrol from a coworker who fosters strays. I took in two 3 week old kittens. The costs initially for two for their physicals and shots. In November I had surgery and quite honestly could not afford to take them back to their vet to have both neutered. I went on line and called Paw on Patrol, I had no issues, I was able to schedule their next appointment in my area. It was easy drop off. Paperwork was online. Staff was very kind and told me about the procedure, how long, what to expect after....and with line of patients I also spoke to others about their experience, some were first timers like me, others were reoccurring My boys were healthy, active immediately and showed no negative side effects to their procedure. They took care of my kittens and while I had initial concerns since it was my first time using their mobile services, I will not have any concerns using their mobile services in the future.

Such a wonderful positive experience each and every time I have used PAWS. I would HIGHLY recommend them. The care and concern for the feral cats I brought to them was obvious and I had such comfort leaving them in their care. I got calls with updates as requested and all my ferals recovered quickly without any issues

DR.Orban and Tommy are life savers. My wife and i rescue dogs and they are always there to help even at 6am on a weekend when we had an emergency. Highly recommend them!

I brought my kitten to the PAW mobile unit to be spayed and get her shots. Later the same day you could not even tell that this kitten had surgery! She was acting like her same old self and healed very fast with no issues whatsoever. They were quick, efficient, & also informative. I would recommend.

I dropped my 3.5 month old kitten off at 10:00AM and picked her up around 4:00PM to be spayed. I was visibly upset when dropping my kitten off (she’s my first pet so I was nervous) and the I believe it was the vet tech I was speaking to, was very comforting. They provided all the necessary instructions and my kitten is already acting practically back to her normal self 24 hours later. I had to call I believe 3 times after the procedure because she did get sick in the car and the vet went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. What a wonderful thing this company is doing, you cannot beat the cost or care anywhere. Thank you so much!
