Super kind, relaxing visit for my very old cat who panics about seeing a doctor. She was happy, relaxed, and acted like it was a day at the spa. There was no wait. The staff and doctor were amazing. If we hadn't moved away, this would be the only place I would take my pets! It was the best visit ever.

Great place. Staff is very friendly, treated my nervous cat very nicely, and listened to all my concerns. Price was very reasonable.

I cannot say enough good about the Vets and Techs at F&F. They have seen 2 of my cats in the last couple of months on an emergency basis and today they saved our doggy. Even though established at another practice, having heard her story, they saw her today AND performed emergency surgery during a time when Veterinary care is suffering a huge staffing crisis. Thank you for caring enough to help an old girl out.

I recently had gone to Fur and Feathers, the staff was absolutely caring, sweet, informative and compassionate! We unfortunately had to euthanize our pet rat. I highly recommend them .. And will now be making them our go to veterinarians!:-)

This review is long and long overdue but I still wanted to share my exceptional experience with Fur and Feathers. I had a greyhound for 4 years and I would take him to meet and greets in the Binghamton area where I met Dr. Wittner as she is also a greyhound owner. I decided to start taking him to her for his care and from day one the love and care they showed for him was amazing. He was a nervous dog but adored going to the vet to see everyone at the office. I moved to New Jersey for work with Rondo but when I would come to the Binghamton area I would still take Rondo to Fur and Feathers for his care. Rondo was later diagnosed with a bone cancer that is very common in greyhounds and I spoke with Dr Wittner about performing a very significant surgery because she was the vet I trusted most. The surgery was successful and the after-care the whole office provided was absolutely beyond anything I ever could have imagined. John one of the Vet Assistants was always with us during our follow up visits and always made our day with his friendliness and love he showed. Dr Wittner made herself accessible at all times and days including weekends (when they aren't even open) to help my girlfriend and I though a very tough time. Everyone at the office ( Especially both Marias at the front desk) were extremely patient with the many phone calls I made to them during that time and were always friendly and kind even if it were my 5th call of the day. The love Fur and Feathers has for animals is exactly what you would want from a vet and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I don't leave reviews very often but yesterday we had to take our bearded dragon to see the vet. From the initial email contact, staff was quick to respond, very informative and omg, super friendly! The other vets I contacted, not so much! They got her right in and for the first time ever in my life, a vet saved me money and still helped my animal lol! We are just so thankful, and my Sushi seems much more comfortable and lively today basking on her hammock and not trying to hide! And she actually picked at her greens this morning for the first time in two weeks! Thank you so much Fur and Feathers, we will definitely be back!!

Admittedly I do not know much about this place. Came here once last week as an emergency visit. 4 times they felt the need to inform me that it would at least cost $250.00 just for the exam not including treatment. Then they suggested taking my animal to Cornell without seeing. Then made me an emergency appointment to examine the animal. When we arrived they took our animal inside shortly after they called to inform us that we needed to change the animal's diet. When we inquired about respiratory infection the vet said mild one treat with vitamin c as it's likely viral. The animal passed 9 hours later. I am sure this place is competent but this score is based on everything including my interactions with the staff.

The service and pet-friendliness of this place is excellent. Appts are usually readily available. They offer alternative treatment such as acupuncture which really helped my dog with failing hip disease keep walking.

Friendly service and they show they care about your animals and not just the money .I would highly recomend them .prices are reasonable .

I had two situations where I needed to see a Vet quickly but our vet was too busy. I called Fur and Feathers and they were amazing!! Compassionate, and extremely professional. Loved them so much We are switching vets after 25 years.

I loved the people here they took my cat in when she was having a medical emergency when every other place including the family vet we have gone to for years wouldn't take her. Thank you Fur and Feathers

Called for our ferret who was lethargic. Not eating, and not drinking. We were given an appointment 6 hours later, by which time our ferret quickly went down hill. When we got there, we still had to wait while our ferret was growing more and more sick. We were given the 21 question game and were more riddled for how we didn't like Marshall's and haven't decided on the shots more than our ferret was helped. He was given one dose of fluids and sent home. Of which he only got worse after being told he would get better. I called 4 minutes after they opened the next morning to tell them my ferret was not doing any better and needed help. They said the doctor wasn't going to be in till later and would give us a call. 4 hours later we still had no call from them. I called them again and said my ferret is going to die if we don't get him fluids. We were given a prescription for fluids but by the time the prescription was filled and we could get it to our baby it was too late and we had to emergency call into Cornell where he died on the hour trip there. Ferret doctor refuses to learn about new treatments and findings on ferrets, and still believes corporations like Marshall's deserve to be respected. Rather than help our pets, rather belittle for person beliefs.

The reception and medical staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I entrust my fur babies to their excellent care.

Absolutely amazed with this vet clinic. My Parakeet wasn’t feeling so well, and I took him as soon as I could. Dr Whittner is an outstanding Veterinarian, and she took time to give me helpful tips on how to keep my bird healthy and live a longer life. Being a first time budgie owner, I failed to realize how essential a proper diet is in order to avoid common problem in these types of birds. I believe she saved his life, as it could’ve most definitely worsened if I didn’t switch his food, and gotten him professionally examined by a vet. The receptionists in whom I spoke to were the kindest , and also called to check on my bird which warmed my heart. I will definitely be going here again if needed. Great staff. Very reasonable prices. And super responsive.

Very expensive but glad I didnt have to drive 3 hours one way for a vet for my rat
