Extremely helpful with skiddish dog, allowed me to hold pup in lobby while getting nails cut. Masks are still required.

Exceptional service as always! My feral kitten is NOT easy to deal with and yet they clip her nails with speed and precision and more than anything kindness and compassion.

I worked there for 3 1/2 years. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG THERE!!!! Kim abuses the dogs. When they don’t do what “she wants them to do” she will abuse them. I’ve witnessed this first hand

We got our Cockapoo puppy groomed today and we asked the groomer to just to do a SMALL trim around the eyes so she can see. She came back with exactly the OPPOSITE of what we wanted and a very uneven cut. If you want to choose how your dog is groomed, and not be flat out IGNORED. Do not go here! I know we are not coming back!! (Edit: We also dropped our dog off at 10:30, and did not get her back until 3:00! What are they doing with my dog for 4 1/2 hours!)

They always do a good job on my crazy little doodle. It does take several hours, but that's because he's always matted and probably not the most zen dog when it comes to grooming [read: he hates it].

Hi. I am a dog owner for 17 years. September 2020 was the first time my dogs came home groomed properly. My Labradors are not shedding in bulk! They smell and look great! Highly recommend groomingdales!

Do not bring your dog here brought my 2 year old chow here and they were very rough towards him DO NOT RECCOMEND GO ELSEWHERE

Took my Yorkie there last minute as a walk in. Took some time to get him back but I'm gracious that they accepted me. Love the haircut that they gave him he came back cute as ever. Definitely coming again.

I live in North Babylon which I moved, took my dog had to have him done they did a terrible job I went back two Groomingdales I just love the way they take care of my dog I wouldn't go any other place but there.

Great staff, especially Kim. They were incredibly sweet to our 18 year old papillon, Skylar, who became feisty to groom in her last years. Skylar passed recently and we haven't been able to thank them personally. If we ever get another dog, we know where we are going for grooming! Chris and Joe
