Both the techs and Vet were wonderful. Took great care of my boys. Explained everything so I understood. Love this place.

Dr. Huang is amazing! She is truly a dog whisperer, I’m sad she has retired. She was very kind and patient with my shy puppy and I greatly appreciate her attention to detail. She thoroughly examines and communicates with the pet owner. She walked me through the bill and showed me how to clean my puppies ears. I’m sure she will be replaced by an equally exceptional vet! I highly recommend

I took my dog to the vet for the physical examination , and I honestly don't feel like the money I spent on it is worthy. 70 dollar just for a description that says my dog "sick", and I also ask them for a proof of examination documents, and they sent me a file with "unknown language" on it. I feel my right of being a customer is been violated. What is happening to me right now I am pretty sure is going to happen to others too. I am definitely going to report this issue. If they want my money like this, they gonna have to work on it.

The staff at VCG Bayside are wonderful, and I feel confident they all treat my babies as well as I would. It’s so difficult leaving them at the door during this pandemic, but it comforts me to know they will be in good, caring hands. Dr. Huang is a wonderful veterinarian and always explains everything well, and is willing to answer any and all questions. I feel that she does a thorough exam, and doesn’t recommend anything unnecessarily. She’s very mindful that veterinary care can be a big expense. I feel like my cats are in great hands in Dr. Huang’s care. I have never encountered a veterinary technician or any other staff member that hasn’t been incredibly friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

As a new puppy owner I didn’t know what to expect. The staff was so informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I left feeling informed and great about the whole experience. My Koda is in GREAT hands!

Dr. Huang and her team at VCG are wonderful. They're very knowledgeable, but most of all are willing to come talk to us and answer any of our questions or concerns. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and actually care!

Dr. Huang is the best! She treats with my baby girl Toffee with so much love, care, patience, and gentleness. She's extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Dr. Huang never gets annoyed or impatient with my neverending questions. She always answers all my tedious questions one by one in details. Her assistants Carlos and Sandra are super as well. Kevin and Dennis are great as well. Everyone at VCG at Bayside are very nice and professional. They care about your pets. I have to admit VCG is pretty pricey compared with other Vet offices but your pets receive the VIP treatments and care in return. I went to other locations of VCG at Little Neck and Glen Oaks. Dr. Ma and Dr. Andino and her Glen Oaks staffs are great too. Dr. Andino is also very knowledgeable. I can't find any negative thing to say about VCG at all. If I have to, it will only be the price. ????

I am a first time puppy owner, so this has been a new experience for me. I switched from a different vet to VCG. The team has been so helpful in answering my questions and coordinating care for my puppy. The bayside team has been especially helpful, they ask the right questions and provide comprehensive follow-up plans. Making the switch to VCG has been the best decision I made and I’m glad to find a vet that cares about my pup as much as I do. I also use their daycare services offered at their Bayside location, and the convenience and location work well for me. 5/5 I highly recommend!

They were very generous as I was looking for rabies shot for my dog. All other place told me 1or 2 weeks waiting time. Lady at the reception put me in between appointments. Thanks to them I was able to take my dog to camping & enjoyed nature. Thanks for being flexible & dedicated to animals.

Dr. Huang and her Team are the best of the best!! Even before our puppy's first appointment they were very helpful in answering any questions and preparing us for our first visit. Upon our arrival due to COVID-19, we had to stay outside while our puppy was brought in for his visit. I was quite nervous for Moose as this was his first trip to the vet. We wanted to make sure he was okay and formed a positive association with the vet, so that he would not be scared moving forward. Of course we also wanted to be there with him during his first visit. What happened next was not expected at all! One of Dr. Huang's team members came outside to inform us that they would move the exam table into the lobby so we could view the exam while standing outside. I was so relieved when he said this! We were able to be present for Moose's first visit after-all!! After doing all the preliminary checks Dr.Huang came out to speak to us and give us updates on how everything was going so far. She also took the time to inform us of the vaccines that he was going to be receiving today along with vaccines that would be needed in future. Of course this was a lot of information all at once, but Dr. Huang informed us that she would also send an email with everything she spoke about, so we could have more time to thoroughly review and digest all the information. Not only did she inform us of every detail, she also took the time to answer ALL of our questions, and of course being concerned pup-rents we had a page full of questions. Dr. Huang never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions honestly and straight forward. I wish I had gotten the names of all the staff who assisted us but EVERYONE during our visit provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived and had to hand over our puppy to assisting us set up our next appointment. Moose says THANK YOU to EVERYONE at VCG for making his first visit not so scary after all !!!

The whole Veterinary Care Group and the Bayside Waggers team always goes above and beyond to make sure my pup Theo is taken care of during and in between his visits. I have also been to the Veterinary Care Group location in Little Neck and have loved all of my experiences there as well. Same kind and professional service across the board. Dr. Huang is always professional, knowledgeable, kind, and great with my dog Theo. She is always super gentle with my dog and wants it to be a good experience for him. For my recent vet visit, Dr. Huang took the exam table into the Waggers Lobby so both Theo and I could see each other through the glass of the building. It made us both feel more comfortable during his exam since we could not both be inside during these times. They are really taking great care to follow the CDC guidelines. In addition, VCG also sends out great reminder texts and emails when Theo is due for an appointment. The emails contain items to look out for in the future as well. After Theo’s visit Dr. Huang emailed me in detail his results in less than 24 hours, which is great to have as a reference. They are also always very transparent about pricing and it is very fair for the service. I started going to VCG when Theo was a puppy because they had the best and affordable puppy packages. So glad we found VCG!

Phenomenal staff, SO friendly and caring. I had fears walking into a new vet, but Dr. Huang, Samantha and Carlos each made the experience as stress-free and pleasant as possible during a very serious moment in my cat's life. They won't claim they did, but they definitely saved my cat's life. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I brought my dog at VCG Bayside yesterday for the first time and we had a great experience (even despite the Covid restrictions). The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog there by herself. Dr. Huang was amazing!! She took the time to explain my dog’s condition over the phone and then met me to hand over her medicine. I would highly recommend this practice!!

Dr. Huang and the people at Veterinary Care Group are so very loving and caring to our dog Mochi. They are an amazing group of people that always show such great support to pet owners. We would never go anywhere else for our fur baby.

This is my first time taking my puppy here. In all honesty they were so kind and helpful when I was worried that my puppy had allergies and was scratching so much. Dr. Huang was so kind and informative. My puppy was nervous but I saw how Carlos, Danny, and Dr. Huang treated my puppy with love and care and with such patience. Can’t wait to go back, and I’m pretty sure Cookie would not mind going back since he went smiling all the way back home. Thank you ????

Store front states Waggers - Veterinary Care Group has a office inside. This location also offers Doggie Daycare and grooming services. Street parking & a small parking lot behind location. Very friendly staff.

I’m very particular when it comes to my dog doctors. I have never leave reviews before but I think my Fluffy’s Dr’s deserves 5 stars or more if I could. First visit was 2016 when Dr. Huang and Carlos where still at Little Neck. Then last year was okay I had no idea they moved to this location so this year I had to chase them. LoL Anyway my point is. Dr. Huang and Carlos are very passionate, I can tell from experience how they care about their patients. I’m from the Bronx and will always come here because I love how they treat my fluffy. ❤️❤️❤️

Skipper hurt her back terribly. Dr. Costa has been kind, caring and dedicated to make her better. She is a 10.5 year old Papillon. She has finally healed nicely.I highly recommend Veterinary Care Group and Dr. Costa. He personally called several times to check-in on her. The conclusion of our back problems was done via phone and I didn't have to take her in to the vet and continue to cause her stress by bringing her to the office. Skipper may always have a slight problem with her back but we now know who to go to when we need to address any future problems. I am very happy with her care, diagnosis and mannerisms from Dr. Costa and Veterinary Care Group.

My dog Scrappy been coming here since he is a puppy. Dr. Huang and Carlos are amazing. We like to go to all locations and they always kind and available. They care a lot and explain to you with details. Scrappy been sick twice and the medication they gave us helped him with his stomach problems. Scrappy like them as well.
