They overcharge for everything look at the bill and ask why. Get a second opinion. The other vet will ask why they charge you $7000 for a $ 250. Everything they charge as an emergency. Good luck.

Fast, easy, and most importantly they really care and do extremely well done check ups for any pet!! The doctors and vet nurse’s there are amazing and really communicate with you. I bring my 75 pound Lab/American Pitbull Terrier here for all his check ups and shots ???? While my In-Law’s bring their 3 French Bulldogs and 1 American Bulldog here for all their check ups, and actually leave them there for boarding when they go away for a weekend. Gave Prednisone for skin infection,dog developed side effects possibly due to steroids(he takes no other meds) refused to put vet on the phone and refused to see dog unless I pay an emergency fee.I don’t think I should pay since they prescribed meds.Sent somewhere else cannot go since I am working 3 jobs and single mom.No reliability

I’m so disappointed that I feel obligated to write this review. As a first time pet owner, I’ve trustingly been bringing my dog to the Bayside Animal Clinic for 7 years. They do not give transparent , sincere advice and make it seem mandatory for the most expensive procedures. If you like advice with no options, that always leads to expensive unnecessary procedures then this is the place for you.

Absolutely superb care, always listening to me and my concerns with my dogs. They care for my dogs like they are their own. Dr. Ottenbriet and Dr. De Feis are awesome !!! The team is always so helpful and always smiling, which is important to me ( I enjoy happy people) I have been coming here for over 20 years and am so grateful we have them !! I can trust anything they tell me about my dogs health always ! LOVE THIS GROUP !!!!!!!!!

Took my puppy to this clinic the male doctor checked my dog gave him vaccines then he was telling the female doctor that was in the room helping him give my dog the vaccines shot to add a whole bunch of items I really was not paying attention to what he was saying until I got to the front desk they had all of these stuff for me to purchase for my dog when I was only there to have my dog to get his vaccines shots I was new to having a dog this place ripped me off they made me vaccinate my dog with all these vaccines shots and when I ask my aunt that went there with her dog which she has two dogs she said they did the same thing to her but she told them her dog don’t need all them vaccines this company is all about robbing people of there money as if they don’t have no clients at all I advise anyone who suggest on going here with their pet to stay away.

I made an appointment for 3 pets several weeks ago and when I came here they told that they see only 1 pet in their system. The guy at the front desk wasn't friendly at all and just tried to blame it on us. He said that the doctor can see only one pet. We ended up leaving with nothing, spent $40 on Uber in the snowstorm.

I recently moved and had to get my dog up to date with his shots. This clinic is the closest to me so I decided to change over here. I regret coming here. The receptionist had some of my documents from my previous vet appts and she would ask me questions that were on that paper. In other words, didn’t bother to read the paper. They didn’t inform me about anything, just the shots they were giving him. He’s only one and I don’t remember what every shot is for. The doctor, herself was kind but I felt as if it was rushed. When I left the room to go back to the front desk, the ladies were just talking to each other. It wasn’t until I asked about the paper work, is when they started getting it for me. I prefer the other vet location and will no longer be coming here. The service was horrible.

Had a great experience with this vet the first few times I came. They are a little pricey, but the staff was knowledgable and communicated what they were doing. The last two visits however, the vet gave my dog a six month bordatella shot instead of a one year shot and a one year rabies booster instead of a three year booster without giving me the option for the shots for either one. I also had to go for two visits because he was insistent that my dog receive a new vaccine which required a follow up visit. I also asked him about a lump on my dog and instead of offering to aspirate to determine if it was just a fatty tumor, he said it would have to be surgically removed which would cost several thousand dollars. He did not offer any solutions other than surgery, which is ridiculous because this lump is not interfering with my dog's lifestyle or bothering her. I am obviously going to get a second opinion and will be looking for another vet.

I never have to wait more than 5 min, meter parking is always available, Both staff and vets are very kind.

The staff are really nice and helpful. We adopted a cat that belonged to an elderly woman who could no longer take care of her cat. We found out that she has diabetes and they are taking really care of her. I'm very happy with this clinic.

Lots of clients. Busy. Nice and clean. Thank you for all you do to help the family pets.
