Love them. They took there time with Luke made him feel so comfortable compare to his groomer. Give him the look we wanted. He was happy puppy.

I left my dog there recently for a week before leaving for a well-deserved trip. Having left my dog here before, i expected a certain quality of service, such as regular caretaking, daily dog walks, and a mediocre amount of activity provided for my pet. However, i received none of these, and was horrified when i was sent a picture of my dog completely covered in dirt only 5 days into the service. As a dedicated dog owner and animal lover, my heartbreak was focused less on the payment, but the treatment my dog had to endure throughout the week and the human indecency permitted during the program. The biggest concern is that i cant leave a lower rating so others don’t have their dogs endure the same experience. I have never come across a more unprofessional service in my life, and i hope that fancy doggy will learn to make adjustments so it will be slightly more bearable.

After 15 years. They tell me they don’t want my business!! They think ???? they are the only ones. So sorry for this place. After the old owners try so hard to make this place, one of the best place to bring you puppies, don’t come to this places.

Worse grooming the dog ever got. They just shaved her when l asked just to trim????I was shocked and so frustrated ????????I was about to get fired cuz they messed up the dog. She looked like a rat for 2month!! Never coming back again. Not recommended!!!

I have been bringing my pug here for years, I recently moved quite far away and still bring her here for grooming because she loves them so much! This place is wonderful and offers great care and attention to detail. The staff is very loving and friendly and the management is extraordinary! They also offer boarding and some great outfits and accessories for your loved furry friends! Would recommend everyone to try them out :)

It’s a great place for a quick trim, bath, entire groom process, and the babysitting service. The staff are very nice. There is one man who answers the phone when I make an appointment, he is full of an attitude witch I don’t really like. But Fancy Doggy itself is a great place. I DEFINITELY recommend this place.

I just pick up my dog China and she looks amazing her temperament was very calm and she looks gourges. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I rocomend

My dog is an extremely well tempered, obedient, trained and also easy to manage York is. Only 6 pounds might I add! They shaved her two ears weirdly short and buzzed awkwardly! What really infuriates me is she has been nicked on her nose next to her eye so that you could see a skin patch! Only a quarter inch away from where my dogs pretty eyes open to see! Be weary of this place! Will never go back and next time spend an extra 20 bucks and be happy with the results rather than upset with my decisions!

The new owners are really nice! They explain everything very nicely and simply so that I can understand. The groomers are really amazing. They do a great job with my dog and she always looks so clean and neat after her grooming. They put a cute bandana after they finish and the designs are also really cute! I really recommend this store for people looking for something other than a shave. They really listened to what I wanted and they were on point. Can't wait to go again!

Impressed!!Highly recommend this place for grooming and boarding, daycare. The new owners are so nice and friendly. Have a patient listen to all my picky orders!!! Very feel professional. The place is clean has huge playroom for my sweetie. Found out a opened glooming room which feel very honest to costomers. It's worthy for travel little bit hit the fancy doggy!!
