Dr. Mammas and Dr. Paul are very competent and actually love what they do. Imagine, two gifted doctors that actually care about our pets...family.

Extremely pleased with my experience. The vet and all of his assistants were very friendly and efficient, my appointment was for 540pm and i was out the door by 605pm. This is a stark contrast to the vet i had attempted to bring my cat to just two weeks ago, i waited and waited for two hours before giving up because of how much my girl was stressing out. In addition, for all the reviews i read that complained about the ladies at the front desk, perhaps these people were already upset or brought a nasty attitude because they were nice and informative when i came in. All in all, good veterinarian, good assistants, good front desk staff, quick and relatively cheap. Would highly recommend bringing your animal friends here!

service and doctor is good but expensive

High on demand whic is great because they are very compassionate, knowledgeable and wonderful doctors but the appointments and office venue are so crowded and it’s hard if you have 2 or more furbabies

Veterinarian and their assistants are okay, but the secretaries are HORRENDOUS. They have no empathy and treat people like trash. I went in because of a pet emergency and they denied to see my dog. In addition, when I simply asked for her records (since I've been going there for the past 5+ years with 4 dogs!) I received a NASTY attitude from the younger receptionist. For all the money I've spent at this office, I deserve better!

The doctors are good. The receptionist is super nasty. She was rolling her eyes and fling the receipt on me. Used to be better receptionist. Such a shame.

Dr. Mammas has been my family vet since I was a kid. He's taken care of every dog I've ever had and my grandmother's cats and dogs. He really cares and if it's something that he can't take on he can recommend a specialist. Don't waste your money at Petsmart Banfield on Doctors that don't have enough training.

I love all the doctors! This is by far the best vet practice I have ever been to.

Sensitive artful chemistry with my cat .Brilliant care

I've had a run of bad experiences with several vet offices which led me to switching to this office and it has been such an amazing experience for both me and my dog. I really value the transparency of the staff there, the attention of all the technicians I've encountered, and the friendliness of the front desk staff. Mocha is now a very happy and healthy dog.

Today was an extremely emotional time for our family and I was looking for immediate help and the nice receptionist over the phone was able to help me and get me in right away. The doctor and his assistant were super professional and very compassionate towards my cat and I. Thank you again Dr. Mammas and staff for helping me today...your kindness and care really helped me through one of the most difficult times in my family's life. I highly recommend this place.

Doctors are very respectful and do a great job with my dogs. The receptionists are also great. Been going here for about a year now and I've never had a complaint about them.

Great staff . They care about you and you fur babies!

Doctors aren’t bad, but the receptionist is awful! Not a very warm welcoming office to walk in to. They really should consider hiring someone more friendly to answer calls because Dorothy clearly doesn’t exhibit proper interpersonal skills. Wrote an email expressing my concerns, which was left ignored. I will be taking my dog elsewhere.

Good doctors but whoever is the receptionist is very rude. I thought it was just me but I asked others and they said the same thing. You’ll get your pet taken care of. Just have to put up with a mean lady at the front.

I was looking for a permanent vet for my teacup Yorkie since his original vet was located in Brooklyn and came across this place. I went and the old lady at the desk was extremely rude. First of all she was deaf. I had to repeat myself like 3 times and when she asked me again to repeat myself I took my mask off so she can understand me better and she yelled at me. I called prior to going in there and I asked if I needed an appointment and she said no and when I got there she said I did and she was angry. If you old and cranky just retired and stay home instead of treating people bad. Lost a customer.

Excellent place to take your pet The vets there are top notch

The office was closed On Thanksgiving morning, I left an emergency message. Dr Paul called me back right away and came over in less than 15min on Thanksgiving morning, to attempt to save my cats life. Unfortunately our baby was 14 years old and passed away in the car before we arrived to the office. We felt better knowing we did everything to help our cat, Thank you Dr Paul.. You were there for our family when we needed you.!!!
