Nice local pet shop. Very well stocked and the staff is helpful.

Had nothing I needed. No aquarium salt, meds, or accessories for my tank and fish. My interactions with staff were a bit more negative than positive. Space needs a thorough cleaning. Will not be coming back.

Betta review: I got a betta from here because i wanted to support local stores, and he did not even last one full day. My tank was cycled, met the parameters, and the temperature was always between 78-80 (heater), with filter and aerator. When you go to get betta here you will see majority of them are very lethargic but the one i got was pretty active so i thought seems healthy! but i should have seen the signs and he not make it. Store review: Very clean and organized. You’ll probably find most things you need at that store. The workers are super friendly. And i do think store has potential just unfortunate that their betta section at least needs some work.

In my 71 years, in MA, NY, VA, MN, MI, WI and FL Tom has been Numbrr One for genuine graciousness, helpfulness above-and-beyond to his customers, excellent carefully planned product selection, quality across the board. He is also a rare fine truly good human being to one and all. We are most fortunate to have him in our neighborhood!

I used to visit the Petco that used to be at this location very often. After visiting Toms Pet Supply I definitely feel there have been an improvement in both products and service. Awesome store and I definitely think I will be doing business there very often.

Tom genuinely loves all animals (even my cat that scratched him) and you can see this in the way he runs his business and is always there to help you with all your pet needs. Everything is well priced, staff if kind and always helpful, and store is clean and stocked with everything you could need. Thank you Tom and team!!

My husband and I love Tom's Pet Supply. He is so sweet and helpful, so are his employees. The store is cute, clean and stocked. We are so happy to have found this place. It's difficult to get the food we feed our fish, but we don't have to worry now. Thanks guys you all are wonderful.

Tom is AMAZING. He’s more than a pet store owner - we get better advice and care from him than our vet for our dog Bowie. You can tell he genuinely loves animals and is just killer at what he does. Love it here!!!

This place sux! Doesn't have much of anything & it smells!!! I've never been to a pet store where it smells constantly like wet dog & dirty

First time visiting because I happened to be in the area. I was excited to check out the store since we don't have any pet stores with fish near me anymore. I was very surprised and saddened to see quite a few dead fish even the bettas. They were in the middle of water changes as well and just too many dead fish. I've seen better conditions at the chain stores. Not a good look. At least when the store opens the dead fish should be removed, first thing. The live plants were in bad shape too. Obviously no care on the live stock. The store had a decent amount of petfood and supplies, that's the reason I gave teo stars.

The staff was helpful and great. The store is well stocked and carries a good variety of dog treats.

Tom is such a great guy! I was watching my friend's dog while they were away and ran out of the certain type of food that the dog was used to. After a quick Google search, I was on my way to Tom's Pet Supply and he helped me find the dog food I needed as well as made some great suggestions for all-natural treats. I told my friend about Tom's and they are now a regular! Thanks Tom!
