Basia and her crew have always done an amazing job! they are personable, easy to contact, and they really really care about your pet! you even get photos from their visit. When I come home from a long trip, my cats are happy and chilled out. i always know they've been well taken care of. I wouldn't hire anyone else to look after my babies. Update: 3 years later and Basia and her team are still the best. They have seen me and my kitties through thick and thin, like when I got stranded on the west coast by COVID for a month. They totally stepped up to help even in the middle of a pandemic. Sadly, one of my cats passed away this year and they even sent a handmade card. Hand.made. With a little painting of my cat. My Dog Needs a Walk provides an excellent service! Basia has been so kindly attentive to all my needs for my cats, and I've been exceptionally pleased to use her service several times. My two little furries are older and very set in their routine. Shelby was so wonderful with them. She sent picture updates from every visit. I know my kitties really enjoyed her, as I came home to happy, chilled-out and contented mush balls of love. I had some concern as my wee Sammy needs meds every few days and can be a wily beast when trying to administer them. Basia completely allayed any worries I had, and Shelby sent me a message to say she had complete success on the day the deed was to be done! I am super happy and super grateful. My dog needs a walk is great. When we signed up Basia came over for an interview and she had a good click with my wife, and our cats weren't hiding away either. We had pictures and messages from Basia for all the days we were gone. There are some documents to sign ahead of time that go beyond "we are going to feed your cat" and include things such as what to do if she deems that your pet needs to go to the vet in an emergency. It's great to have that kind of clarity in writing, and it shows a lot of thought went in to the situations you'd run in to while looking after pets. It's not crazy expensive either. We've been using My Dog Needs A Walk for a few months now on several occasions and are very pleased. First, when we met Basia, we liked her immediately and could tell she cared about pets and had the knowledge to look in on our Himalayan kitty. Our kitty is shy and also lost his companion recently. So, it's especially good knowing that someone capable is coming to look in on him. It makes us feel better and It's also nice to come home and have the litter box cleaned, and know our cat has had fresh food and water. I highly recommend My Dog Needs A Walk for cat sitting services.

Basia and her team are the absolute best. They send me pics of their walk with my dog, which is a nice surprise on a busy afternoon, makes me smile. I have a special needs dog (blind) and Basia and her walkers are so patient and good with her. They have introduced her to some of the other animals that they walk and now my Lucy has friends she looks forward to seeing. As I mentioned on yelp, Basia is an outstanding pet sitter! She babysat my pets while I went on vacation for a week. She was very knowledgeable, which helped ease my anxiety with leaving my animal babies with a sitter. She then went up and beyond and sent me picture updates each day I was gone, along with a summary of the adventures my cats had gone on in their boarding place.
