Everyone at this establishment is helpful, happy and so caring.

Our dogs are members of our family, and I wouldn't trust their care anywhere else but CVVC!

They are very caring and wonderful with the animals! Awesome place to go when your furbaby needs to be cared for!

Our pets are acknowledged as the patient even before us as parents. The staff are always courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable. I have no doubt our fur babies are in great care, especially when they are genuinely excited to go there regardless of the reason.

Normally have good experiences with this vet's office but they are so busy they are booked out several weeks and my cat just died waiting for an appointment. If you need urgent care they recommend an expensive emergency clinic all they way across the capital region that is even busier than they are. Heartbroken right now.

They are amazing with our Danes! They are amazing when we have tons of questions, and don’t make you feel like you are rushed with visit.

I absolutely love the staff at Country Valley. They take great care of my boys and I know if something were to happen I could get an appointment next day at the latest. The reception staff is friendly and kind, all the techs are professional and genuinely care about every animal they care for and Dr. Murray saved both my babies lives. I will always reccomend Country Valley.

Great Curb side service

I love it here! I chose it because it was close by and I’m so happy that I brought my cat here. After every appointment/vaccination received they personally call to check on his status and always make sure all our questions are answered. The staff is always helpful and I’ve never waited in the waiting room or on the phone, I’m always taken care of as quickly as possible. Extremely clean and organized, I would recommend to everyone. Dr.Stephanie Rogers is great!!

When Odin was very sick they got us right in and found out the issue. Very good with him answers all our questions .

I like the app for scheduling appointments. Most recently I scheduled an appointment, but with a change in symptoms, needed a sooner appointment. I had to call because the time that I was available for, couldn’t be accommodated for an appointment. The staff did get me in the same day for a sick visit. May have just been lucky but I found the staff to be very helpful; as well as response time for an appointment using the app. Please with the care received all the way around.

I have never had a vet who is so attentive and does it for the love of the animals.

Unfortunately my first experience with this clinic was because my Cat Oreo was not doing well. They were very professional. Told me they had to resesitate her. The best for our Oreo was to put her down. We got her cremated and when she came back home she was in a beautiful box, we had a wooden piece with her paw print and a baggie of her fur. Its so beautiful. Great place to go.

Had my 1st experience with this vet clinic this morning when I brought my best, 14 year old, 4 lgg friend Sally for treatment of a wound on her hind leg. Felt somewhat dismayed by not being able to accompany her to the exam, but another issue altogether. Anyway I was very pleased with the prognosis, overall genuine concern from the staff I interacted with and and the positive outlook I have for my old girl. Personally I would recommend the quality service and fair price they charged.

My 12 year old dog has chronic pancreatitis and had a flare up and was feeling so sick. We just moved to the area and hadn't established a vet yet, but County Valley was able to get us in same day and treated her like they've known her forever. I felt very taken care of during a very stressful time. Can't recommend them enough!

I thought my dog was going to die. They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment two different times. Were very professional and sympathetic and empathetic. Dr. Stephanie even called me the next day to follow up regarding my fur baby, Goliath. I am so grateful and thank God for them. He's on the road to recovery from Lyme.

Only bad thing I can think of is not being able to go in with your pet ,but I understand its because of covid . Getting my dog Mia in last minute because she hurt her leg was awesome I really didn't want to bring her to another vet ! Thank you !
