The staff is super friendly!

Took our 5 month old Saint berndoodle to be groomed Devon was amazing. She absolutely adored him and loved on him.the entire time. She made sure he was comfortable and did a wonderful job on his bath, trim, fluffed him beautifully.

We got most of our parakeets at this location very friendly people that work there will recommend this place

I totally trust Alex/Laura to groom my dogs. Very happy!????

Great selections and the brands my cats like. Friendly and helpful staff. Only down side is customers with dogs.

As.much as i like this store your on line discount practices need adjusting so all can use..today i was in store specifically for on discount of 25% off..thought i saved it..got to checkout couldnt find it so lost the discount cashier said they have no way of retrieving that discount..thats not right ifs its on line or anywhere theres a discount it should be available to all..and i do have a card to your store..what good does it do..not very happy with this visit at all..

The male manager “pat” at this store in the morning on the date 11/27/21 is very rude. I accidentally came in without a mask because I live in Niagara county and he was very unprofessional and made the store very hostile. He said my pets will starve if I don’t put a mask on and didn’t even offer me a mask when the lady In front of me didn’t even have one. I would be ashamed as a company to have someone like this represent my franchise. I’m sorry you are a middle age man working at a pet store. They have professional help now a days to get you threw it pat and you don’t have to take it out on your paying loyal customers. Petsmart will now receive my cash.

Excellent excellent self serve dog grooming station. Extremely impressed. 5 washes for $25. On top of that the facility is extremely clean with towels provided and all different shampoos. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Excited to bring our dog back for another bath!

My go to location. Always have what I need in stock (even with supplies being low everywhere lately). And love that I gain rewards every time I stop in!

Staff is friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. Can find many kinds of food for pets as well as treats, toys, treatments, & other things. Update on 11/7/2021: because of the shortage of can cat food & frozen food for reptiles, the one girl showed me a brand, made in the US, that is comparable to what I normally use & the manager put in an early order for frozen food to hopefully get some in. Thank you so much for going above & beyond!

The first and best thing about this store is the employees. They are friendly and active in their role to assist shoppers. Tons of food selections for a variety of pets including reptiles and amphibians. Adoption center located in the rear for cats and kittens.

Always willing to help you find stuff. The worker's for the most part are really good. Only once did i get a female worker that wasn't so helpful. All in all. they do a great job there and should be recognized ????

in General I like this place, the staff is friendly and the store is clean. I do think it's a bit expensive, and they are often out of the puppy food my dog eats. They also have a dog washer that you can bring your dog into and wash yourself.
