Danielle always does a fabulous job grooming my lil LouLou, LouLou is a rescue and very fearful of people, Danielle is so patient, and sweet to her, I have referred people there and they are also very happy with the services!

I took my golden doodle Theo to get groomed by Danielle In the summer of 2020, what can I say except that Danielle operates her business in a kind and professional manor. When I picked up Theo, he was clean, excellent cut, and most importantly - joyful and happy. Theo was very comfortable and I could tell that he bonded with Danielle, as she did with him. I will be taking Theo to Danielle at Pampered Paws n Play in the future from now on, as I recommend that you do as well!!

I highly recommend this place... to bathe a cat is not an easy task... Danielle was just wonderful with my elderly cat ( still my baby ) . She’s got the patience of a saint.. I will be back for sure. Worth every penny!!!

I wanted to like Pampered Paws N Play for grooming my dog. But the groomer Danielle is not friendly . Once I arrive she ask me how I want my dog haircut and then becomes argumentative when I try explaining the haircut I’d like to achieve. People skills are important especially when I’m trusting you with my dog. Each time I take my dog there soon as we pull up he gets nervous, and when I pick him up he’s so happy to get far away as possible. Then once he’s home it takes him a day to get back to himself. I was referred to Pampered Paws N Play by a trusted coworker, so I thought my experience would be great, but I was wrong. Do yourself and pet a favor and pass on this groomer. You are 100% correct that he gets stressed when he is at the groomer and I shared with you he was taking anxiety meds prescribed by his vet and the vet also said since Tobys so nervous when he arrives at the groomer the trauma happen from a grooming salon (this is where your argumentative side started) Which that’s when you told me the vet was wrong, and that it was probably just separation anxiety Toby had (Did I mention I shared with you we always gave him anxiety meds prior to his visits to your salon, thinking you would care and handle him gently, vs getting him done ASAP?) Only problem you ever mentioned having with Toby was his very 1st visit with you he was screaming and that your neighbors heard him, and that he doesn’t like his feet touched so you did your best, but biting is new. I would have cared to know about him biting when I returned to pick him up for sure. Let’s be clear here though. The problem is not your grooming skills, I never had any issues with the end results, our experience is the problem. Every time I visited your salon I showed you a picture on the look I wanted for Toby, and you never liked my picture and told me that because of the type of hair Toby had he wouldn’t be able to achieve the look, I would say ok. And yes I shared with you my mom did clean him up some since you noticed and mentioned it to me with like you had an issue with it, but it appeared not to be too much trouble for you to work around. The only problem here is your lack of warmth and kindness. Since day one you’ve never greeted us with a smile, and when I didn’t understand what you were explaining since I’d never been to a grooming salon like Pampered Paws and Play grooming salon, that didn’t have charts on haircut length options, and styles to choose from this is where your customer service skills was suppose to kick in, but never did. Instead it felt like you mistakenly thought I was a child that you could talk to disrespectfully. I have been nothing but supportive and kind to you despite my opinion of your professionalism, thinking one day we would come in greeted with a smile and friendly service , but that never happen! Danielle is the best groomer. Her work is superb. I love how she cares for my two dogs. I Recommend her????%.

fails to call you back or resolve an issue if anything comes up Danielle went MIA after telling her I wasn't happy with how aggressive she was with my dog, very rude I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK its funny how you say being aggressive isn't your "MO" when according to other people who have had negative experiences with you they also feel as tho you're a cold and aggressive person and have no people skills. I hope you take the money you are taking from people and get some edict classes. learn to smile and greet people in a friendly manner. also I love how you've chosen not to reply to the review about how u chopped off someones pets ear.. or do u just throw all negative reviews aside as you did with mine? do better.

We brought our shiba inu puppy Hera to Danielle today for a bath and brush and are SO PLEASED with the service. Shibas are known for not liking being handled and groomed, and ours had a bad experience at her last groomer. Danielle came highly recommended and did so well with our puppy. She heard our concerns and took her time grooming our baby. She sent us a picture of Hera during her groom to show that Hera was calm, and when we picked her up she was relatively relaxed and happy! Which is very different from the last experience she had at another salon. On top of all of that, Hera looks great and smells so nice. We are now faithful customers and are happy to have found someone so caring, considerate, professional, and trustworthy.

The best grooming experience for our dogs. Danielle is amazing at what she does, always treats our Aussies like they were hers.

My dog loves this place. She is very picky about the people she finds acceptable to care for her if it’s not “mom and dad”. She absolutely loves Dana and Danielle. And I trust them with my baby (and I can’t say that about a lot of people). Highly recommend.

Danielle is not only a dog groomer! She grooms cats as well. As Lady Gaga once said, "Hair, body, face, for you, triple threat, do it, for ya," Danielle exceeds this standard. I got my precious Persian cat just last year and have had the pleasure of having Danielle as an essential part of my learning to care for this breed. Danielle advised me on care and grooming tips for this high maintenance breed. She's KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL. I have been routinely getting Fiona (cat) bathed, groomed, and shaved through Danielle ever since her previous job (see below photo). I had no idea cats could even be bathed but Danielle enlightened me, just as Jesus™ has done for many of his disciples. Just last fall, Fiona had a squabble with a skunk and arose victorious accompanied by a noxious odor that Shrek™ himself would be proud of. Danielle was able to book me in the following morning and the stench was lifted shifted higher than a ceilin' and ooh wee it was the ultimate feelin'. Danielle got me lifted, she is so gifted.. Danielle how'd you get so AMAZING!!!

Loved our experience with Pampered Paws n’ Play!!!! Both times we went, our little guy looked great and we knew he was taken care of well!!!

Danielle is amazing!!!! My dog loves the daycare and her and her staff take such good care of all dogs there. She is also an excellent groomer and I 100% trust her with both my dog and my cat. She always leaves my fur babies looking amazing.

What a great experience, very clean inside. Took our Goldendoodle here for her first cut and it was done beautifully. Danielle is fantastic at making you feel comfortable about leaving your pet there.

I love this place because of the individual attention they give to the dogs. My dog is all excited to get there every day. The webcam allows you to watch your pet anytime you want. The staff is friendly and works hard.

Our dog Emma loves daycare at Pampered Paws. She loves to hang out with Dana all day and when she comes home she is very tired from all the fun she had. Once a month she gets groomed by Danielle and she always comes home looking great. Even our veterinarian says what a great job Danielle is doing!!!

I was notified that Danielle left her previous place of employment and started her own business. She seemed like a good groomer until she cut off part of my dogs ear so I stopped getting my dog groomed by her. My dog had to go the vet and have the ear sewn back on. Hopefully her skills have improved since then. It was an expensive surgery.

Little Lucy loves coming to Danielle! We had lots of trouble with other groomers but when she goes to P3 she always goes running in! We have even started leaving her there all day to play on days she’s groomed!

It's a great place to go! Everyone is nice and professional, and really care about the well being of the animals that come in! My dog comes here for daycare and is so sleepy after playtime when he gets home and he is a husky mix and is very high energy! He even will beg me to go to daycare in the morning and do a dance by the door when he wants to go. I love it ????

Danielle does an amazing job!! I have an elderly small dog (16 year old mini poodle) who gets really nervous when she travels and gets groomed but Danielle is able to calm her down and give her a beautiful cut. They also give her special attention while in daycare as she does not like to be around other dogs and is separated from them. I can't say enough good things about her- you are missing out if you do not take your dog to P3!!
