THE WORST!! Never answered their phones (over 100 calls), left several voicemails and sent numerous emails to the email addresses on their website and phone recorder. Not one time I received an answer or response to my inquiries.

This is infuriating! We sent our paperwork Tuesday and still have nothing! We can't reach them by phone or email and are leaving this Wednesday for Europe! We are looking at potentially having to give up our cats! We planned …

This is the second time I want to travel with my pet and never get any documents back in time. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They never answer the phone and send automatic emails answering "questions" one can have but non are related to the delays in the paper work or any specific questions you have. I have to spend tons of money to get a piece of paper at my dog's clinic to then pay extra to ship it over night to not get it on time. If I could vote less than one star I would have. Very very disappointed.

I have called them repeatedly for hours. They never respond. They have not returned any of my messages or emails this week. ###update### Despite the communication issues, my paperwork was processed the same day it was received and returned via the return label/envelope I included. I was able to travel in with my dog and successfully navigate the arrival with pet process at my destination. Thank you USDA APHIS NY!

Great service. I was nervous about the reviews on google. I mailed my certificate and it arrived to them on a Thursday. It was a holiday weekend. It was returned within 3 business days. They were great!

Sent documents for my dogs travel on a tuesday. That was over a week ago and I am now supposed to be flying tomorrow. Ive had no response from them and when you try and call them you get no answer. This office is costing me thousands of dollars and keeping me from going on an emergency trip as I need my medical alert dog. The documents can be no older than 10 days but thats what it takes for this office to process them apparently. Good luck ever getting through to anyone at the USDA Albany office.

If you're taking your pets abroad and have to go through the anxiety of time sensitive paperwork, have no fear. The paperwork will be done by USDA in the Albany office in a timely manner. At least that was my experience. Due to the …

I have been waiting for more than 4 days for an answer, when I call between 8 am and 4 pm they don't answer, and when I call after that they tell me they have closed. I need to travel with my cat tomorrow and even when we sent the …

So grateful for their timely responses and super helpful information! Shipping a dog internationally is incredibly stressful and they were so patient with me! Everything was done in a very timely and professional manner! Thank you!!!!

Getting travel docs approved has always worked great so far. Upon calling them with a question, they were also friendly and helpful.

Was amazed how fast the turnaround was for getting my dog's international travel docs approved and sent back. I FedEx'ed the forms Monday morning from NYC and they were returned to me Wednesday morning.
