Website said this location had fish. From the parking lot you could see where the fish wall was supposed to be, but you go in and there are only bettas, not even back where the fish wall was supposed to be. Better off going to Petco nearby.

I have a very picky eater and they have a great variety of excellent dog food. I love the variety there and the staff is helpful. Prices are good too. It's a great store!

I visited PSP on this day to get some treats, to wrap,as Christmas gifts, for our fur-son. The store was well-stocked and sparking clean. The employees were even friendlier than usual.

Pet Supplies Plus always has a great selection of quality foods, toys, and care products for our dog. It is conveniently located and easy to get in and out, and the people are friendly and helpful!

Huge choice of dog food, even carries the brand/type I need for my senior toy dogs. Has scout's honor probiotic grooming products that are excellent. Nice staff, too.

We were there on Halloween morning, but we had been there many times before that day. The store was set up with displays of Halloween treats throughout and there was a decorated display where an associate took our picture. I haven't stopped sharing this picture or my experience on that day. The staff are ALWAYS polite, friendly and kind, and their prices are more than reasonable. I would never go anywhere else.

Just switched my pup's food and ran out of the starter bag at the worst moment. It was an oh no moment. It's Sunday morning and stores open at 10am. I went on-line and ordered a delivery of her food. It was delivered within hours now that is service. Thank you for saving my Pup's little baby belly.

The best store anywhere! They have all the best food. Every single employee is professional and will take you right where the item is. And help if we have questions. The prices are much lower than the other pet stores. Our PSP is so clean. They have a nice clientel. We are very lucky we don't have far to go either.

To the owner of the Pet Supplies Plus on Western Ave, I pray that you give your employee Derek the props he deserves. Derek really kept me as a customer today. The online shopping was horrible. First I opted for next day delivery Saturday night, but was told that it wouldn't be until Monday. So I said that was Ok, I would pick up. I went to the store Sunday and some Items I bought were not in my order bag b/c apparently online and in store inventory do not line up. Derek kept me from going to PETCO because I just so over the bad shopping experience, but he really stepped up.

I am a new customer with in the past year I find their assortment and prices beat the competitors and the staff members are always friendly knowledgeable and willing to assist you with all your questions.

I would put 0 stars if I could! I used to love coming here! The old manager John was so nice and helpful!! I'm not sure where he went but this new manager lady Amanda is incredibly rude and unhelpful! I have NEVER had such awful service here in my life!!! She seems to treat her staff just as bad! She out right yells at them in front of customers! I am not sure why she is working here if she doesn't seem to want to do her job!!

This used to be my go to place to get stuff for my pets. The old manager was very friendly and nice but recently was replaced by Amanda and ever since it has not been great. Most of the floor workers are nice but the manager is very unfriendly, rude and does not want to help customers. Seems unprofessional and yells to the workers in the store. The store has definitely gone down in quality recently.
