Ashlyn sat on the floor with my puppy who was scared and overwhelmed by all of the smells and sounds of the pet store. She fed her treats and spent so much time with us! Awesome service, it made what could've been a stressful trip into a success.

I love Benson’s! Amazing to shop local businesses and be able to provide real nutrition for my pets without all the fillers. The employees are always willing to help you and your pets get what you need and what is best for you.

Called to see if they had a certain pet medicine and was told that they do. Get there and they did not have it and did not carry it.

A store that has lots of options for toys and food. I found the prices to be reasonable for a specialty store, probably cheaper than Petco also.

My pup loves going to Benson’s and getting pets from the staff! They always have a wide variety of stuff and on the few occasions they haven’t had what I’m looking for they’ve always offered to special order it!
