Thank you so much for taking care of my little girl Luna. Jet and Luna were playing and it got too rough where Jet punctured her paw. The vets took care of our cat immediately and did a great job. Very caring and professional. I used to go to Central vets but they got too big and expensive and quality went down.

I like that is was 24hrs but I didn't get much clarification on what was wrong with my pet I spent always $700. To not get clear answer they wanted me to pay for another type of test but I couldn't afford it. They gave me some medicine but she mostly improved by her self.

Very polite fast service. Go over everything you have to ask about your pet when you visit. Treat your pet with kind caring respect.

I've been using Dr. Jarvis for 12 years for my dog and most recently my new puppy. I've always found all of the staff very professional, friendly and willing to go above and beyond! We've only seen Dr. Jarvis and she has always been fantastic! We love ACVH and all the staff!

Our new 4 month old kitten Mitzvah "fell in love with" Dr Sherwood, Kirsten, Carolyn , Cindy and anyone else whom he met. We know why...Each one is so caring, patient with us, enthusiastic and very very knowledgeable. Even before we adopted Mitzvah we communicated with Kirsten and she was so helpful. We have actually been going to the practices here for many many years with other pets when the former Doctors established it. And the reputation is always the same....excellent, attentive, immaculate surroundings, perfect advice, time is given to communicating. and answering all questions and I ask a lot!! Incompetent. Didn’t call me and wasted an entire day of work because they don’t know how to schedule or inform their patients on presurgery requirements. No interest in correcting their mistakes or taking responsibility
