This is the only place I trust in town for my dogs.

This is really an amazing place. My dog is older, and has some specific needs and issues, and right away I felt completely comfortable with the staff and the way they treated her, and myself as well! My little dog Parsley was very well cared for while my family and I were out of the country for 10 days. It was great to come home to a happy and clean sweet doggie who just had a wonderful time. The manager also took some time to share some great videos of her stay in the friend she had made. I would highly recommend this as a place to board your dog and then just go enjoy your vacation because you know that your pet will be in great hands. Thank you to everyone who helped take care of my dog!

Hands down the best grooming services around and the staff have always been great to work with! My little rescue experienced severe trauma by his previous owner so I am extremely careful who I allow to provide him care. Excellent customer service too!!

I was nervous about leaving my dog at a boarding facility due to the fact that my dog is scared of everything. Julia and Marc were loving, patient and made my dog feel comfortable. I also took my dog back for a grooming session and they cleaned him up really nice. Thank you, Z Pet Hotel and Spa, for taking care of Tracy.

I just have to say that a long time ago i was a extra hand when i was a teen at this facility and i have nothing but positive feedback. They only negative thing i would have to say is they should maybe have a loyalty card, or rewards, maybe some discount perks that i know if they did something like that i would go to them a lot more or consider them more then other places because if they did that they are making their brand unique and cheaper for their loyal customers!! Hopefully the owner will see this and will try something like this for his business!! I would give it a 5 star if it wasnt for no loyalty perks or disounts.

I absolutely recommend Z Pet Hotel for dog boarding! Marc is so sweet and welcoming and took great care of my pup. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. 5 stars for excellent customer service and making me feel like my boy was in great hands! And I know he had a great time too.

Mark and the team at Z Pet Hotel are fantastic! They take such good care of our pup. Highly recommend as a convenient doggie day care option in Santa Fe.

This is the only kennel I ever took my old dog to that didn’t make him shake from fear. I recently took my new shelter rescue and he loved it too! Mark and his staff are phenomenal with the animals. They are attentive and caring to each dog and his/her specific personality. Grateful to have such a reliable place to take my fur babies.

I desperately needed to have my dog groomed as he was miserable in the heat and was going for cataract surgery a few days later. I phoned many places and Mark was the one who said yes! He made a special arrangement with the groomer for early on Friday morning. Briana was terrific and I loved hearing her talk with him. It was the first time had been groomed since he lost his sight and her gentleness was amazing and so appreciated. Would I go back? Definitely! I hope this pet spa can stay afloat.

This past weekend I took both my Shih Tzus in be groomed, for the 1st atThis place, now neither of the 2 have ever done amazingly great while being groomed, that being said Mark and Brianna both were EXTREMELY PATIENT, KIND, LOVING, and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE when it came time to handling both my babies. I felt completely at ease upon my departure and knew my loved ones were in great hands. Decided to schedule for future appointments once I picked up my babies due to the fact that they looked great, and they seemed very happy. Couldn’t ask for a better 1st impression.

Came into town with a cat and a dog in hopes of going to Meow Wolf... They took our animals same day and even trimmed our doggies nails for super cheap. Take your pets here if you are going to be in town for only a day and won't have a hotel! Great prices, and great and friendly staff.

These folks are exceptional. Great service, professional and caring staff, fantastic pricing. No better boarding facility in this town.

I always take my silky terrier to Z Pet Hotel. Then groom him impeccably and adorably.

Our plans to look after our dog fell through when we had to go the hospital for the birth of our son. Z Pet was available and had fair rates at short notice. Do not let the area surrounding their location fool you, their facility is clean, and the management is great! We kept having to extend our dog's stay with each additional day we had to spend in the hospital, but he was well taken care of, and we would definitely go back! PS -1 star because we called ahead to pick up our pup close to closing and were trying to deal with our newborn and so arrived 15 minutes after their closing time. They still charged us the late pickup fee which we thought was just a little mean considering we had communicated our situation.

Best place paws down if you have to board your furry friends. Owner and staff are awesome!

The staff it's friendly and great at they're job. They cut & groomed my cat she looks beautiful! . . . But they are too expensive!! Other Groomers in Santa Fe do the same job for half the price!

I left my two tiny dogs who have never been to a dog hotel before at Z pet and they just loved it! The structure is very good and I would recommend it for both dogs and cats. The staff is great and the treatment the pets get is very personal, even thought they all follow the same routine. Today I took them there again, this time to the groomer and again it was flawless. I would 100% recommend the Z pet hotel to friends and family.

The Z team was nothing short of wonderful! We were in from out of town, and they were able to get our large dog in for grooming and boarding on short notice. When we picked our pup up she was happy and looked great! I'd absolutely recommend Z Pet Hotel-- the price, staff, and location are excellent .

I brought my 13 year old 6 lb yorkie in at 9 am and was told he probably wouldnt be ready until 1:30 which seemed excessive even to begin with. But since he really needed a grooming I went with it. I told the groomer he was rough because he had been sick over the winter and was weak in the back end. When 2 pm came around and I hadnt heard anything, I walked in. No one saw me and I watched as tbe groomer had just started him! She was too rough with a 6 lb dog that had been stressed there for 5 hours. I was then told he would not be ready until 3. I said I wiill take home now! I paid $48 for an incomplete half ass crappy grooming. I will not be back. Too bad tbey lost Charles. **** I have revised my review due to the prompt response of the business manager Inga when she heard of my situation with Sebastian. She did not make excuses or make me feel bad about it. Instead she agreed this had been too long and stressful for my dog. She offered to make it right and right away. I brought him today to a different groomer and he was done with no charge in 2 hours. He looks exactly as he should and was not tramatized from the experience today. I appreciate the team effort from Inga and Dez to resolve this situation. I will certainly return and ask specifically for Dez and request a 2 hour timeframe to ensure Sebastian's well being. Thanks to all for customer service at its best! You won this customer back!

Thanks for giving my pup her very first cut! They seemed to be very patient and understanding, and Eevee was playing outside when I came to pick her up. Overall the cut was what I had asked for and my dog didn’t appear to be too overwhelmed by her first time at the groomers.

I Work here, and it's the BEST place in Santa fe for grooming & boarding. We are All knowledgeable and Love All our 4 legged clients, as well as the Parents. Come in and chat!

I have been to various groomers in Santa Fe and the staff at Z Pet are the best my dogs love them.
