Well stocked and clean. Gave 4 stars because the checkout line was long. Cashier to busy talking to another employee to check us out quickly.

Stop by to look at fish tanks a bit pricey,looking elsewhere

No helpful staff, I would rather go to petsmart better customer service.

Petco has every need and want for your animals very nice place looking for fish this is a place to go.

I think this is my new place for our dog needs, it is a large store with what seems like everything you could need. The staff was super helpful! 5 stars all the way

mostly really happy, the cash registers were not staffed and the lights did not work on the cash registers to say which one was open so I carried my heavy box of kitty litter here and there...

Went in to get a puppy's bed and a few little outfits for her and the merchandise was miss priced we asked a question a question and a manager replied I'm the manager if you have any questions you have to deal with me bad business

Great customer service always. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The shells are full every time with a wide variety. Highly recommend!!

Petco associates are very friendly and always asking if I need help finding anything. I enjoy shopping at Petco because it is a less stressful experience than Petsmart, and I don't have to wait as long in line at Petco (around 5 minutes) as I do at Petsmart (sometimes 10 minutes). Petco always has the items I need in stock, and the store manager seems to be very conscientious and involved in the operations of the store.

It's always better to get a rescue pet! They are loving and they always need homes. Forget going to a breeder get the most awesome loving affectionate animals here

Went in for a week straight getting my house ready for another cat. Got toys, food and all that good stuff.. and each time i went in Kylie was amazing! She was nice and helpful! It’s nice to have a good face greeting you and helping you!

The employee I talked to was very helpful and helped a lot. I wish I remembered his name. He really knew a lot about dogs and their needs.

Helpful employees, found what we wanted, all went well. I normally order online and delivery is by UPS or DoorDash, due to our remote location. Service is always prompt and accurate. Could not ask for more.

Found what l need for my dog

Very friendly and helpful staff. I recently sold my home and moved into a rental and I now pay extra rent for my dogs! I needed a way to allow them freedom in and out and Petco had a "doggie door" for sliding doors! Treats and equip for ALL pets available w vets sitting in for updating shots etc! Been a 'go to' store for me for years

Went to petco to purchase some small fish then got to talking to the AMAZING young man Josh! Told him i have been thinking of doing a saltwater aquarium for a while, he pointed me in the right direction and got me everything i need to start! Josh is very knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel fully ready to start my aquarium! Huge huge thank you to Josh!!

No pets just fish and supplys

The cashier was not very friendly but the stockers were very nice and helpful.

Good products, reasonable prices and helpful staff.

Despite Petco being a pet store, they keep the store clean and always happy to help, we have a K-9 and a lot of questions about upkeep and nutrition so we are in and out of Petco a lot. If you're ever in doubt of your K-9 ask for Jordan she's the K-9 Guru in Santa Fe. Keep up the hard work cause your are #1 first stop.

Took our 9lb Chihuahua for a nail clipping. We were in and out for the service but showed up early for our appointment. So disappointed that their bathrooms are still closed to their customers.
