We dropped our dog off at 2:00 p.m. and by 6:30 p.m. called to see what the status was and they said that they would be done by 9:30 p.m. After a stunned pause by me, they then said "yep, that's the way it is when there's one person here." Not sure why they didn't just have us come back another time because in the end they told us that we should just come pick up our dog and bring him back tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. Riiiggghhhttt... Also, very sketchy check-in process where you pull into an alley and hand your dog through a metal gate to the person without even seeing the inside of the building... Honestly should have read the tea leaves right then and there, but because of a bunch of positive reviews on this place, figured it was fine...Just a very strange experience overall, would not recommend whatsoever. Not taking our dog back.

My pup had an appointment at 1:00 and he didn't get out of there til after 7pm. They do not have communication skills nor do they have a proper store front. His grooming was very mediocre, at best. He is suddenly scared of the clippers and has been jumpy since his grooming. We will not be returning here.

For all pet parents who have may have insecurities with leaving their pets in a kennel. From my experience I can assure toy your animal will be well looked after. The owner and co workers are wonderdul.

They often do a good job and they treat my pet okay. The result depends on how well the attendant explains the cut I want to the groomer.

I always go here to get my dog's nails trimmed. Super quick service, and the groomer is always gentle with my nervous old hound.

Answer your phone! Called twice during your business hours listed on google, and no one answered either time. Forced me to go with a competitor. Sending this feedback so you guys can improve your cadence and not lose any additional customers.

Very friendly staff and extremely convenient, took my 2 husky/ malamutes there about a week ago. So glad i did and again so sorry for all the hair left behind. Thank you again..

Reasonable price. They did a good job on my dog.

I have brought my dogs in before and they usually do a good job. But today I brought my dog in at 10am and they said it would be 2-3 hours for everything. I call at 1:15 and they said it would be another 1-2 hours. This is not acceptable. My girlfriend called and asked why it was taking so long, and the "manager" said there is a lot of dogs ahead of him, and she also stated that there have been dogs waiting longer. Again, this is not acceptable. You do not leave dogs in cages for long periods of time because you over booked your day. I then went and picked him up and they said they bathed them and proceeded to charge me $50 for a bath. I will not be bringing my dogs here again.

Very pleased with the grooming here. Have a husky mix dog and after a visit her fur is amazing.

They are wonderful with my dog! My German Shepard is a bit quirky but Dawn and the team take really good care of him.

I got my Mattie from the animal shelter she was in such bad shape she was so matted that her ears we were afraid that they would split on her doggy Den gave her such a wonderful haircut she didn't even look like herself and there were no cuts on her which I was surprised I will continue to go back and have her grooming done at doggie den

My go to spot for getting my dog's nails trimmed. It's an affordable and quick service that is always done by talented groomers who put my dog - a nervous one at that- at ease! I also appreciate that they're taking steps to protect customers and staff from COVID-19.

I couldn’t speak highly enough about the work that was done with my Dixie. The professionalism that was shown from the first call to pickup was impeccable!! We came in from Texas and were desperate to get her finished from a cut she had “started to get” in our hometown. I cannot thank y’all enough!! I will be recommending your services to my family who lives here!

My poor dogs nails were in horrible condition. I needed to have them trimmed ASAP! Thankfully, they accept walk-ins. My dog was taken care of within 3-5 minutes of walking into the building. I highly recommend Doggie Den Pet Grooming! Thank you for all your help.

The best grooming place ever. Customer service was the best, everyone so nice and my Boo looked beautiful. This was my first time been here i do definitely recommend and I will also definitely come back.

Today I took my dog who has never been groomed before and loved how the haircut came out! They were very professional and loved the service. They take very good care of their dogs they take in and I will for sure be going back and referring people !!
