Great place! Wonderful grooming in a caring environment. It's our dog girls beauty spot!

Great service, great staff, quick and professional. Only downside is they are so busy. Easy drop in for Nail clip, but sometimes 2 weeks out for grooming. Always ask to be put on cancelation notification if you are able to be flexible.

Wonderful groomer! I've been taking my dog bimonthly for the last few years and they not only do a great job but he loves going. This speaks volumes. I can't even mention Niki's name without him going nuts. I honestly think he'd rather live here than at home which gives me tremendous reassurance. Best groomer in Santa Fe!

They were very accommodating to my short notice. My female Jack Russell really enjoyed her experience and has told me I must take her back for more!

Gus loves it he's my Chihuahua and they do a great job always Gus makes me tip 10 bucks because they cut his nails and don't hurt him

Really appreciate their willingness to work with us. They did an excellent job with our dog. He calmed down very quickly once he was taken back with the other pups. Great atmosphere!

They let me drop in for nails and glands. Very convenient and less stressful for my pets. Great place.

I had two shocks the day I took my dog to Turquoise Tails. First, I nearly fell over at the price I was quoted for a 5 & 1/2 lb dog to be groomed. I figured I must be getting the grooming of a lifetime or that my dog was being prepped for a dog show. Second shock, I picked him up & it was one of the worst groomings he had ever had! They did NOT do what I asked around his muzzle & they had taken off almost no hair so he looked like he needed to be groomed again after one week!. Hmmm, $68 dollars again after one week? No.....I don't think so.

Experienced, caring, very attuned to the needs of animal and human clients. Excellent customer service and extremely reasonable rates.

My dog has an autoimmune disease that he suffersfrom and they were so understanding and accommodating and he came out after his appt so happy and looked great! This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Turquoise Tails is the best! I just took my 2 rescue pups there for the first time to get a long over due nail trim, and I am over joyed with my (and my pups) experience. My dogs are scared of most things, and were anxious when we arrived, but by the time we were leaving they were happy, relaxed, nails trimmed, and filled with treats. I am so glad I finally found a place that is so kind to my girls, we will be coming back! Thank you to Nikki and the staff for providing such wonderful care, I cannot say how much it means! The best dog groomer in Santa Fe!

Great groomers! Often busy, have to wait for appointments and a bit pricey but that is because they do a great job.

Our elderly dog loves this groomer better than any other that he's been to. Clean, kind, efficient. It doesn't get better.

They always take good care of my dog and do a outstanding job with her!

This place offers a great service for the price (60$ and this depends on the size of the dog) I got my dog Max(60 lb Border collie/ Labrador Mix) back happy and clean. His nails, body, ears, and fur coat looked nice and conditioned. They also got the tree sap off of his fur. I'll be back the next time my guy needs a cleaning after the Santa Fe Forest adventures take it's toll on him. Great job

I have a hound dog who hates to have her nails trimmed. It has been a traumatic experience for both of us. I spoke with Niki the owner several times before I took Molly in and she was very helpful and accommodating . When I took Molly in Niki & her team were great.They spent time with Molly to make her comfortable and gave her lots of treats. They did a great job on her nails. When I took Molly back for a 2nd trimming her tail was wagging as she entered and was happy to see everyone.

My long hair chihuahua came out absolutely gorgeous ... A plus was that they have excellent comunication and are great at what they do with exceptional prices. It was nice to finally see my dog leave a groomer place happy.

One of the best grooming salons I've taken my dogs to. I got to stay and watch for the first groom. And my dogs can go outside when they need to. My dogs are always happy here!

I love that they encourage the dogs to roam and play before and after their grooming, rather than being caged.

we adopted our dog from the shelter, and he desperately needed a grooming. Niki managed to get him in her very busy schedule and helped him so much! he can see better and walk better and he looks so handsome. you can see from his before and after pic, he looks like a new dog!
