We had a very quick and wonderful experience with this pet care business. We were traveling through town with our pet bird and thought we would perhaps need to do a day board, but as it turns out we had a change of plans. Irina was so accommodating and understanding when we canceled at the last minute. I offered to pay her something for her troubles and she refused. All around an amazing experience and if I’m ever back in Santa Fe, Pet Angel will absolutely be our pet care business of choice. Thanks again Irina for everything!!

Irina has consistently taken excellent care of our cats and tortoise. She's extremely trustworthy and seems to love her job. We feel so much better having her reliable care for our animals while we're away.

Irina has been our pet sitter for over eight years. We trust her to care for our pets, who love her. She will take care of many small things while you are away like checking mail, watering plants and feeding the turtle. We trust her to handle any emergency. She is a real pro and has many pet skills. She is an excellent animal photographer and a lovely human being. When we had to put down our 15 year old Schnauzer, she came to the vet’s office to support me. We cried together. She has a genuine love for animals. She’s the best.

Irina is the most reliable, professional and conscientious pet sitter I have ever had. When I leave town for the weekend or travel internationally I know my spoiled pets are in great hands and I don’t have to worry. Her communication is the best, with regular updates and photos. My house is always cleaner when I get home than when I left too! The pets love her and other than I, she is the only one that can get my scaredy cat to play. I just returned from a trip and picked up my dog from Pet Angel's. Teddy was happy, energetic, and still running around and playing with all the toys that Irina provides. Irina has two beautiful yards, one with a big bed for dog lounging and a beautiful view of the golf course and the Santa Fe ski mountain. Irina also took care of my cat who stayed at home. She visited him twice daily and took many photos of him playing with his various cat toys. Two happy pets and beautiful photos of them to boot. . I will definitely be using her again. Highly recommend!

Pet Angel Irina is a generous and compassionate person. She took in my two cats when I was between apartments. One is very shy and scared of people and she was able to medicate him twice a day (this was huge for me!). The other one has a lot of energy and she played with him regularly. They are both sensitive cats and they could not have been in better hands! Highly recommend Irina!

Irina is a very skilled and compassionate pet sitter. I needed her to come and feed and walk my large, Great Pyrenees, mix-breed dog just one time, but she treated us with the same attention and care as I can see she treats more long-term clients from the other great reviews. She took notes on what needed to be done and felt confident managing my large dog on a short walk we took together. She goes to great lengths to make sure she is informed about the pets she cares for. I highly recommend her to anyone needing pet sitting.

Irina exceeded our expectations. Not only was she responsive, and flexible with our constantly changing schedule, she is knowledgeable, clean and reliable. She made caring for our cat a breeze. she educated us as new cat owners which i was thankful for. Her photos of our kitten were worthy of sharing with our family and friends. I felt so secure leaving our baby with her for those two weeks and will gladly use her services again. Our kitten came back happy and i could tell was very comfortable with Irina. I have used Pet Angel of Santa Fe for several years for pet sitting our cats on both long and short trips. We recently went on an 8 day trip where Irina stayed in our guest house to take care of several pets. Without any reservation I can say that Irina is an incredible pet sitter - the best that I've ever used over many, many years. She is very professional and highly responsive. She takes excellent notes and does exactly what you ask of her, including any special requests. She fairly prices her services and goes far above and beyond to take care of your fur babies. She provides daily updates with photos. But most importantly, Irina takes time to bond with our pets rather than just rushing in and out to feed them. She is empathetic and she demonstrates a great deal of care and love. She is great with shy/recluse animals and knows how to build their trust. I have never been happier with the level of service I've received from a pet sitter. Irina is a true gem.

Pet Angel Irina has truly been wonderful for my rescue dog, Maddie. I've felt secure when I am away that Maddie and my place are in good hands, and that is worth alot to me. Irina is professional, responsible, and very good with taking care of Maddie who can be a bit stubborn. She communicates by text with photos while I am away and I also really appreciate that. For the times Irina has stayed overnight, I've come home to a happy, alert, and beautiful dog and a well-cared for home. I recommend her highly.

I have been using Pet Angel for several years to take care of our cat when we go out of town. She feeds the cat and brings in the papers and the mail. There has never been a glitch. Irina is by far the best pet sitter I have employed in Santa Fe. She is totally dependable and professional. She is very personable, easy to reach, easy to communicate with. Irina has made a huge effort to befriend our cat, who is very shy with strangers. After three visits, she was able to lure the cat out from her hiding place; the cat now loves her. Irina texts us photos of the cat when we are away, which is very reassuring. Irina has also been very flexible when we have had to change schedules for our trips. I really can't say enough good things about Irina. She has been a godsend. We can now leave home without worrying.

Pet Angel Santa Fe is the BEST! We hate leaving our three kitties but when we have to Irina is our entrusted caretaker. The kitties love her (which is saying a lot, they are "complicated"), she is great with them and us! Highly recommended!

Pet Angel is a great place to bring your pet when you need a pet sitter! Irina took care of my elderly dog Honey several years ago for about a week and was very responsive to my dog's needs.
