Smith Animal Clinic Roswell, New Mexico

I just called for a simple question and was treated poorly. The front office staff is the face of the business, they set the tone for customers. Being short, curt and rude to potential clients is probably not the best idea.

I work there. Of course I will grade it highly

Dr. Smith is a no nonsense vet. He's very knowledgeable, kind, calm, and considerate of families' needs.

Friends staff and very helpful

Dr. Smith was caring and gentle. His staff however is not very friendly and his vet tech was rough with my animal causing it to cry out when I had stressed its old with some arthritis in its hind legs and needed gentle handling. She was rough anyway. I did not bring my animal back.

One of the FEW places that is friendly, reliable and does not charge a ridiculous amount of money. Dr. Smith truly cares about his patients and it is shown through his expert care. Our family would not take our fur babies anywhere else.
