This facility is the best in Rio Rancho. The techs and vets are amazing. I won't take my animals elsewhere.

Dr Sanchez (veterinarian) and his team are the absolute best!! Very knowledgeable and honest ! Definitely reasonably priced , and very explanatory about my fur babies conditions , helped me to focus and pay for what is important at the time not in it to get rich of their clients/patients. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I in know!

This hospital is the best. My doggo got surgery there and the Dr. Was very caring and passionate. Will bring my dogs for future surgeries.

Pleasant staff. I felt like they cared about my animal, not just about getting paid.

My ball python started to occasionally squeak when he breathed, his regular vet couldn't get him in until Nov. I called Zia and their exotic vet had me do a drop-off so he could examine him between patients. Turns out my noodle is perfectly healthy but I was so pleased with their compassion, how quickly they were able to work him in, and they were reasonable as well. This will be his regular vet going forward!

I am so grateful for this place. The staff were very precise and gentle with my Hawkeye! I had never even known a bird could have a stroke but this doctor, Dr.Patrick Sanchez, figured it out straight away! First time here, will surely not be the last! Such a fresh change. I cannot say enough good about this place and the staff!

The staff is very friendly. They were able to squeeze me in when I needed immediately help with my dog.

Set up an appointment to establish care here for my 4 pets (2 dogs, 2 cats.) I initially chose this vet office due to it being close to my home and the good reviews. I am very glad I brought my pets here. Everyone we encountered in this office was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Quality of care is wonderful. The veterinarian answered all of our questions and did not make us feel rushed (even with 4 animals.) Kailey even set up different folders for each of my 4 animals and their records. I could go on all day about how much we liked this place. Will definitely keep coming here for our pets as long as we live in Rio Rancho/Albuquerque.

I would give 10 stars for the very caring staff and Dr. Patrick. I am so glad to finally find a good place to bring my pups.

I think you guys do a great job. I took my dog here for a checkup and everything was great. However, to have my dog spayed the price you quoted was almost $800. Another place just up the road only charged $300 which is where I had it done at. Not sure why the price is so high but I hope this changes. I also wish you were open weekends.

If you're looking for a family pet doctor type of vet clinic, this is the place! I used to take my dogs on base but now that I'm retired, I have no desire to make the drive. I started with one of my dogs and after they were done taking care of her, I knew this was our new vet clinic! I just took in my pitbull. He was a bit anxious but they took him to another room and when he came back, he was happy even though he had just gotten shots and nails trimmed. The technicians are friendly. The manager is great and remembered my dogs from them staying at the Pet Lodge. The veterinarian, DVM Sanchez, he's the nicest guy ever! I pay a bit more than on base but it still very reasonable and so worth it! Very happy with their service!

I’ve told just about everyone I know with a pet to bring them here. Our duck had a problem with his foot and I was able to schedule an appointment almost immediately. The visit, along with meds, were very affordable. My little guy healed up soon after. The doctor and office staff were awesome and so very helpful with all my questions and concerns.
