This has been such a wonderful experience! First, she offered to care for my diabetic cat during Christmas time when everywhere else was full, even though she herself was very busy with others. Second, while I was gone she sent pictures and updates which was so appreciated considering no where else does that. And lastly, when my cat threw up she was very concerned and checked in on him often. She even comes to check on him and check his glucose now. She has taught me so much about how to care for my cat. Such a wonderful lady and I’m so grateful to her.

I was extremely happy with the care we received for our three cats! They are former street cats and extremely shy with strangers so I was very anxious about leaving them in someone else's care. Hideyo texted me each time that she visited and sent me pictures of the kitties so that I knew they were doing well. They became comfortable enough with her to even let her brush them! She was very reliable, friendly, and communicative. She also took the initiative to quickly resolve any issues that cropped up when we were gone. We have been using Hideyo's pet sitting services for about 9 months or so. She has pet sit on at least five different occasions now and we've had zero issues. She is always available via text or phone call. She confirms her pet sitting a day before hand and she texts pictures when she visits our dogs. I recommend her services if you need a pet sitter for your dogs (or cats for that matter!).

Hideyo Yamamoto is exceptional in her care for my cats Ray and Stella. She initiates her services with an at home interview with you and your animals and is very caring and loving to your pets. She works very hard and takes very good care of my cats. I always come home after my trips with them happy and healthy to see me. Ms Yamamoto also sends me pictures throughout my trips to show me that she is there and that they are doing well which is always a relief! She has helped me in some tight situations with little notice and I am very grateful for her services. This picture was actually taken by her when I was last out of town at the Grand Canyon.

We had a wonderful experience with From Wags to Whiskers! We needed care for our dog Cora when we went out of town last minute over Thanksgiving. Hideyo made time in what I am sure was a very busy schedule to come meet Cora before our trip and make sure she had all the information she needed to take great care of Cora while we were gone. We were nervous about leaving Cora home on her own for the first time, and Hideyo worked with us to make sure Cora would get enough walks, visits, and potty breaks. Once we decided on a schedule, Gregory visited Cora while we were away, and the schedule was just as we had discussed before our trip. We got regular text updates to set us at ease, too. We came home to a happy and cared for pup. We would absolutely trust From Wags to Whiskers again!

Hideyo is a fantastic very knowledgeable and trustworthy person . She’s watched my cats multiple times for many days in a row. Everyday she sent messages and update with pictures on how my guys were doing. Needless to say she took amazing care of them and I’d never go with anyone else to help me out with them . It's always hard to trust other people with your own pets. From Wags to Whiskers made it much easier and was a stress free experience. We have two middle aged pugs and a 3 YO Australian shepherd mix who is a bit crazy. From Wags to Whiskers took great care of all our pets, making great recommendations for our younger dog. I am definitely using them every time I need a dog sitter.

Hideyo took such good care of my cats. One of my kitties is a diabetic and she thought of everything. She sent me updates and photos every day. I was so nervous to leave my diabetic kitty but Hideyo calmed me down and I know she was well taken care of. I have a tea cup Chihuahua named Luna who can be a little fussy around some people but Hideyo took great care of her. She made sure her food and water was always filled, took on her some great walks and sent plenty of pictures so I felt confident that Luna was being being taken care of. We have had the absolute pleasure of using From Wags to Whiskers for our cat several times now. During the first visit, our cat was suffering from FIC, and Hideyo knew exactly what to do with the medication and encouraged us to see if he could get off the medication in a few months. The vet hadn't ever discussed that as an option. It's been 2 years already since he had his last dose, and it was all thanks to Hideyo that he now lives without medication and without the condition. When we have to leave, I feel the utmost confidence that our cat is being cared for as she checks in daily, sending updates and photos and he looks so happy with her. We always come home to a clean box, a full bowl and a happy cat. I feel so fortunate to have found From Wags to Whiskers, especially when we needed a patient and knowledgable cat expert!

She came to our house to meet with us, meet our dog, see how we do things and she took careful notes. Unfortunately, we had an unforeseen but necessary last minute surgery for our dog right before we left and Hideyo didn't bat an eye at the new and extra care she was going to need to give our dog. She took perfect care of our dog and we had zero complications while we were away. She gave us updates at every visit and even included pictures of our fur baby every single time.
