I don't take my pets here, but I know ppl tht do and their pets love it.

We left our dog here for a week. When we got him back he was extremely scared and stayed that way for weeks. He was badly treated which broke my heart. Be very careful about leaving your dog here.

I have a very timid dog, with very specific dietary needs. She comes home happy (a little pouty at first) and I feel like she gets good care. Staff is great!

I boarded my dog there for the first and last time. Part way through the visit I get a call that my dog is being rushed to the ER for a neck injury. After $1500 bill and 24 hours observation I'm told she sustained a neck injury. All of the staff at pet paradise tell me they have no idea what happened , they just found her like that. To top it off, when I come to pick her up, she comes out with a leash AROUND HER NECK WHICH HAD JUST BEEN INJURED and they casually hand me the HARNESS that I brought her in with. They said oops sorry you are right we should not have put a leash around her injured neck. I asked for their corporate phone number and they said sorry I can't give that out. Do not bring your pet here if you care for their safety at all

I love this place. They always tell me when they are full for daycare so I know they are responsible with the dogs. My husky puppy is always tired after a daycare session. All the employees are incredibly nice too

This team is amazing at caring for your fur-family when you can't. They have optional additions to help the stay be as comfortable as possible and they do a great job communicating when necessary.

Never been here nor would I let my dog stay here, I work in the general area and everyday I hear the employees yelling at the dogs banging on the cages and at one point one of the ladies lost a dog, i watched her run around all day trying to find it, some days I hear the employees scream at the dogs saying shut up and be quite, again never been here and I don't know the full story but would def not let any pet stay here especially to get yelled at, it's sad to hear the dogs cry and whine while someone tells them to shut up

Unfortunately, it's best not to make a reservation. They take your deposit, then tell you days before that they are overbooked and cannot accommodate. They will not answer phones requiring you to drive there in order to speak to someone.

Loving amenities and Friendly service by people that truly love animals! I highly recommend.

I will never take my animals there again. This isn't the 1st time but they approve an apt. Or day camp to show up saying dogs are missing something. Then why approve the appointment. Staff is rude and incompetent. Rocks would be better employees

Friendly enough staff-wise, however the accommodations that are available for furry friends are disgustingly small, concrete floored, chain-link walls, in an unbelievably loud environment. The "Queen suites" as they are referred to, are $50+/nightly, and do not allow you to provide even your dog's blanket to offer a source of comfort during the stay. Would never do that to any animal, and walked out without boarding. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Super friendly staff who care about both pet and owner, I've noticed. We have one dog who is prone to seizures when stressed, but she was comfortable and, per the report given to me last time, reclining in shade, watching all the other dogs do their thing. Outdoor pool open in summer. I highly recommend.

Was there for a estimate, but I would want my dog there. The owners were all happy and the dogs were happy to see the workers.

Boarded our 2 dogs together for 5 days and they did great! One of our pups has bad allergies so they called us. They had called all over to see what vets were open and offered to take our dog to a vet if we liked. How nice of them! Watched the dogs play on the cameras sometimes and they always seemed happy and healthy. Competitive pricing too, will board there again!

Tried to make several reservations even weeks out and all got denied.

My two girls have been coming to Pet Paradise for years and they LOVE it. Grooming is also is outstanding and provides fabulous service. Additionally, they support our local K-9 units of Rio Rancho Police Department and provide military discounts. Highly recommend. Paws high for Pet Paradise

Took my dog here so that me and my wife could get married. It was only for two nights total. They requested my dogs vaccine records. We provided that at least 3 weeks in advance, we waited for the day of drop off. They contacted us that morning and said she needed her vaccine for kennel cough. When we booked the appointment there was nothing showing on the website that she needed that. They did not call us, we had to call them to find out that she needed it. When we brought her home she was doing ok. Now she has kennel cough and when we called to see if they could help in some way for their screw up. They told us they were not liable for anything and that their website lists the vaccinations required by them. But it's only listed in the FAQ section and they didn't bother to let us know until the day of her drop. We rushed to get my dog the vaccine she needed and they still didn't show any empathy towards us, just kept saying the info was on the website. Not professional at all take your animals else where if you need to board them. Don't bother trying to message me either pet paradise I don't want to hear your BS unless you're willing to pay for my vet bill. I will not remove my rating either, I will make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else or their animals.

Such a fun and friendly place to take your furbaby to!! My pit bull Rayne had been going to Pet Paradise for a few years until 2018. She always loved going there as the staff and camp leaders were wonderful with her; she has behavioral issues and everyone worked with my dog to make sure she was safe and comfortable with the other dogs too. I moved away in February 2018, but ended up moving back to NM last week. I called to make a reservation for Rayne at Pet Paradise; and even after being gone for over 3 years, Christina (now the Assistant Manager) remembered Rayne! There are also some new staff members, but everyone is awesome, and still very patient with my funloving, ( sometimes difficult) and energetic pup. Every time we turn onto Quantum street, Rayne gets excited and starts barking and wagging her tail. Your pet will get a report card with how their day was, who they played with, etc. I highly recommend Pet Paradise; I am able to have peace of mind that my pet is safe, happy and well cared for while I am at work!!

Took both my dogs there, after their stay, I won't take them anywhere else. I loved how I could check up on them with the pet cams, everyone was professional and attentive to their needs! Definitely recommend

Just had my 72 lbs, 7 month old shepherd groomed by Andrea. I know he gave her all kinds of attitude but she was patient and persistent with him. She managed to do everything I asked and he came out looking great! We definitely will be back......if she will take him!

Friendly staff, easy process, great with pets! The camera too watch our little guy was a nice touch!

I have two huskies they love going to the pool here. But the main reason that I keep coming back is Jenny , one the groomers here works magic on my girls!!! ❤️????
