Pet palace is not a place to take older dogs. I took my 17 year old shitzu this morning and they called an hour later saying he was finished. When I went to pick him up I was told the fee would be double and the next time would be even more because he “moves around a lot and you have to take it slow.” Remember, he is 17 years old and completely blind. They show no sympathy for older dogs who still need to be taken care of and deserve to be treated fairly just like any puppy. My poor guy left traumatized. I’m not looking for him to come out cuter after a hair cut, I just want him to be comfortable in his golden years. The hair cut and bath were not up to par. Wouldn’t risk taking another dog to this establishment.

I took my baby Cory to get his first cut and they did an amazing job. I tried cutting his hair myself and butchered it and they fixed it right up! I will definitely be back!

Easily accessible and friendly staff

Starfox is a beautiful dog. He looks as good as any show dog after a trip to Pet Palace. We have some specific requests for grooming our dog. These guys do not make you feel guilty for have standards. Thank you ladies.

I took my two pups here. I dropped them off at 8:00 a.m. they called me at 2:30 to let me know they would be done at 3:00. When I got there they were still not done. When I got home I noticed one of my pups had been nicked a couple of times .but they never mentioned it and his cut was sloppy. I can't rec8this business anymore.

My dog Bruno is a known pain in the butt, especially when trying to get his feet done. Previous groomers have not been able to deal with him. These guys are able to manage him, they do a great job, and the price is right. I couldnt be happier with them.

Excellent groomers with prices that allow your pets to get the hell they need without the owner having to decide whether they're going to go without a necessity just to get their pet an essential service. Thank you for being reasonable and thank you helping our dog!

Apparently they think cutting your dogs whole nail off is "no big deal." Just advised to put peroxide on it and it would be fine... Sent animal home bleeding with no attempt to make it right or offer a refund. If u care about ur pets, I suggest u take them somewhere else.

They were great with my elderly cat.

They miss treat animals here and when you call and complain about the miss treatment they tell you your over reacting don't take your pets here.

They ripped a nail off of my friends pup, blood everywhere. When she called to ask about it, the owner said she was overreacting and hung up on her. Would not recommend.

I DO NOT recommend this place!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET PLEASE DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!!! They are EXTREMELY rough with your fur babies! Someone got their dog back today (7-25-2020) with a missing nail, the poor dog has been bleeding all day. The owner of the dog called and asked to speak to the owner of the shop and they were extremely disrespectful. They told them they were "over reacting" about a nail and hung up on them. Please dont bring your pets here!

Very poor in cutting dogs nails please look at Facebook. Please protect loved ones there are lots of different options

they abused my dog and then refused to give me a refund! my dog came out bleeding and when I called to speak to the owner she hungup on me! the owner of this facility needs her license revoked

I took my dog in to get his nails trimmed and I can honestly say that I was more than pleased with the amount of time it took for such a great job! Most excellent customer service! Glad I found them, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat! I'll be back!!

If you value the safety and well being of your pet please please do not bring them here they are not careful with the pets they make you pay before seeing your pet when you pick them up and some one got their poor little pupper back all bloody missing a nail PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!

I took my little shih Tzu Gizmo there to get groomed, and I have to say Miss Desiree did an amazing job I love her customer service more importantly I love how she took care of Gizmo. I will refer people there and especially to Desiree thank you again for the wonderful work you do!

I have always had a excellent experience with our dog grooming! Our pups come out looking excellent. We have been loyal customers for over 3 years and never had any issues with staff. I have seen the posts w the negative comments but perhaps the groomer was having a bad day or dog suddenly moved. Everyone makes mistakes and depending on how you address the situation, you get a appropriate response. I still recommend them, despite all the negative remarks! 5 stars ????

Thank you Pet Palace for doing such a great job grooming my Collie today! They did such a great job brushing out all of her winter coat that I thought they had trimmed her! But no, that is her new coat coming in. They really did a beautiful job and she came home happy, not stressed, and so much cooler for the summer. They must have treated her great for her to be so calm. I would totally recommend this place!

Anne is such a sweetheart! She has been grooming my dogs for about two years now—an excellent establishment.
