My go to vet, I've brought my first cat to them in 2020 during the middle of the pandemic they are always respectful and responsible. They're always so kind and make me and my pets feel very comfortable. Reasonably priced and I really appreciate when I need further explanation on some situations they are more than willing to elaborate. I've had my first cat fixed from them and they even so much as called to make sure she was feeling okay. Can't reccomend them enough ????

Just transferred my dog over here. They are absolutely fabulous, the staff is friendly and professional. The doctor is kind and down to earth. If you are looking for a place that makes your dog feel like family right away this is that place.

Minnie and I have had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Toni Pellerin and the team at CVVS. I was very worried when I found a large, fast growing lump on Minnie. Despite being a new patient the team worked very quickly to get us in ASAP. The assistants who helped record Minnie's vitals and radiographs were very knowledgeable and gentle. Doctor Pellerin was able to aspirate the lump and make a preliminary diagnosis of a probable lipoma (great news). She also found that Minnie was well overdue for a dental cleaning. At my request she and her team worked to have Minnie come in for surgery as soon as possible. On the day of the surgery the team was in constant communication with me to give me updates regarding Minnie's condition. The lump was removed and sent for biopsy (confirmed non-cancerous lipoma, yay!) and Minnie had her dental cleaning. While taking her dental radiographs Dr. Pellerin found a cavity. As a human dentist myself, I had asked Dr. Pellerin to allow me to take Minnie to a veterinary dentist in the hope that a filling or crown could be done to save the tooth. I am very appreciative that Dr. Pellerin honored my request. When I went in to pick up Minnie I saw a nurse cuddling her like a baby as her anesthesia was wearing off - Minnie looked like she absolutely adored her nurse and loved the extra affection. Doctor Pellerin invited me to review the radiographs together and educated me on feline dentistry. She went out of her way to send the needed medical and dental documents to the vet dentist, taking extra care to load the radiographs on a flash drive and mail it to Burlington so that the data quality would not be lost (something that in human dentistry is a true blessing). Doctor Pellerin also called personally to ensure Minnie could get an appointment and has continued to offer her support in Minnie's dental endeavors. Since bringing Minnie home in her post-surgical baby onesie I have been in contact with the CVVS team a few times per week (I'm a hypochondriac pet parent). They have been exceptionally diligent at checking in with me regarding Minnie's condition. Moreover I have received many calls from Dr. Pellerin herself. The surgical site is healing very well (the sutures were exceptionally executed in my humble dentist opinion) and Minnie has had a swift recovery. The team at CVVS has gone above and beyond to ensure Minnie is comfortable and healthy. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful team!

I have been going to cv vet for yrs. they have seen oya since he was 9 wks old. They treat him as if he was their own. I wouldn't hesitate to ever recommend them. They have always given every one of my dogs the best of care. oya loves going there. abby welsh. After approximately 35 yrs I have left this practice and now gone to a different practice.

My dog ,Diamond, is always taken care of lovingly, as if she was their own.

Each and every one of my animals have been seen there since they were babies. The staff at CVVS are beyond amazing ! All 3 of my dogs get excited to go and see "the girls." :) I cant thank you ladies enough for taking such good care of my pets. HIGHLY recommended !

Caring, attentive, dependable. The entire staff is so kind and they are great. Share all the information, all the options, but also their advice. Stark contrast from last vet, we'll just call them 'City animal hospital'

After "Dr"cuomo spent 10 minutes on the phone repeating herself 4 times, explaining why my dog has to go to Burlington for a swollen gum, and he probably wouldn't be seen for quite sometime, she wasn't even going to prescribe something to ease his discomfort. Anyone that expects an animal to live in obvious pain for weeks, should not be caring for those without a voice. Update: after taking my dog to Burlington as suggested, it was discovered that he needed a simple root canal. Concluding that the dental professional at Champlain valley animal hospital cannot even identify something as simple as a bad tooth in a dog. Not only do I find her position as a diagnostician completely laughable, she has absolutely no compassion for those that are in dire pain. There's absolutely no benefit to the animal community for this person being employed as a caretaker.

Oh what a difference it is from ten years ago. "Good riddance!" Under different ownership and management. Which is a PLUS! I am very glad that I decided to give them a second chance! My six kiddos love seeing the staff. Dr. Pellerine, Heather, Sue and the rest of the other Minions are absolutely the BEST! Thank you for LOVING what you do! OH HAPPY DAY!

This place is a gem. I had an emergency, and they got me in on the same day. The staff was nice, I felt like my pet and concerns were cared about, and I was given multiple options for my pet's treatment. It's safe to say that this is the only place I'll use while I'm in this area.

We switched over to Champlain Valley Veterinarian Services because their prices are more reasonable than Plattsburgh Animal Hospital. Also the cost for the week days are the same as appointments on the weekends. Besides these positives, the staff and veternarians have provided excellent service and health care for our pets.

Dr. Jen Fitcher is an amazing vet and the staff is great too!

Had a sick dog that had never been vetted before. They took him under their care and did the best they could for him. Very compassionate. Convenient location.

Care is excellent, staff are friendly. I don't like having to wait outside in the car, and not being face-to-face with the doctor .

We moved from out of state and I can't believe how lucky we were to find CVVS. I've had cats my entire adult life and Dr. Fitscher and Dr. Cuomo are by far the best! The staff is amazing, too. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They really care about our pets and clearly enjoy what they do, which means they deliver better care.
