They are always very helpful, courteous and professional. I always enjoy shopping there.

Owner was extremely rude. They claimed that we were 20 mins late picking our dog and wanted to charge us $20 late fee. When we argued that there were times we had to wait on them, that is when the manager said that they didn't need our business.

First time in this store. I came seeking advice for a diet concerning my Yorkipoo who has heart disease. The owner spent a lot of time with and gave me samples of food and supplements that would be good for my dog. I love out of state and she told me that she would help me fine a good pet food supplier where I live. I love this place! Quality service, and quality products for your dogs. I recently took my English bulldog, Toro here for a bath. He got the full works, including the D shedding treatment. He was taken with care and consideration for his breed. I was very satisfied with his end result. After his session with Sam, he came back to me soft and shiny, And hardly any after shed! I really appreciate how knowledge everyone is, and truly has interest and concern for the animals they work with. I was also able to find some quality treats for the doggies with help from the staff. Everyone was welcoming, made Toro felt comfortable, which made me feel comfortable! Would highly recommend if you are needing grooming service or food/treats for your pets.

Never taking my Maltipoo for grooming again. They shaved his tail, Maltipoos are suppose to have a plumme, it is going to take years to re-grow. They nicked the inside of both his ears. I was up all night with him, he couldn't sleep, he kept scratching at his ears. Told the owner, her only response was she would talk to the groomer because 'that isn't how they do business'. My maltipoo looks like a terrier and was even barking at himself in the mirror, because he has NEVER been cut that short!! It's July in the Southwest, I have to keep a shirt on him if he goes outside to avoid being sunburned. Looking for a new groomer. Service is great if you are ONLY buying dog food or treats.

It was my first time coming here to take my dogs here. I dropped the dogs off and everything seemed alright. When it was time to pick them up my daughter went to go get them. She had a horrible experience. They were very condescending to her. They asked her what grade she was in and it wasn’t in a curious way more of accusatory. Then she had to fill out a form and they snatched it away from her and said “we don’t have time for this we’re closing” she tried being polite but they were very dismissive, short, and rude. One of my dogs hair doesn’t even look like she got a haircut only washed and brushed. The other dogs hair is very choppy and uneven. Considering how they treat my daughter I can’t imagine what they do to dogs. I do not recommend because if the horrible service and bad job they did on the haircuts.

I'm really surprised this store is still closed on Sundays! So disappointing! I've been going to this store for over 8 years and rushed over today before they closed to find out they no longer have any of the food I've been buying there for over 8 years. Then the staff member acted like I was stupid for thinking they had that specific food especially since they just stopped stocking it weeks ago. Going back to Leash on Life. Will never shop here again!
