I needed live crickets and my kids weren't feeling well so Ashley took my phone call and got the crickets ready so that I could just pull up park and run in and pay for them at checkout...talk about absolutely awesome customer service...it's hard to find anymore but petsmart in Enchanted hills has a solid grasp on it

Disappointed at the limit training classes available - have to wait until the middle of Feb.

Lots of stuff , walked in to get 15 dollars in food and spent 120

Big shout of gratitude is in order. I have a very picky eater and I've spent, and wasted, a lot of money on various dry dog foods. I've been hesitant to spend on a more expensive raw food to try, but because of the return policy I bit the bullet and tried once again... And I didn't need to return it! She's eating it! Joyfully! So much stress is gone and I really truly appreciate the kindness of staff here. Thank you guys!

Friendly enough place and staff. They don't carry fuzzy rats to feed my snakes, but otherwise fine. They do carry healthy cultures of isopods and collembola which is nice for bioactive enclosures, but not many options for substraight.

I love online ordering with in-store pickup. The employees greeted me at the door and retrieved my order quickly.

Dana did a fantastic job grooming my 2 Cocker Spaniel.

Staff was absolutely wonderful! Helped me get my dog tags with ease!

Why are they even in business if they don't carry a basic requirement for animal owners such as antibiotics? This is a basic requirement for owning a pet.

I love this place, I take my hyper, loud barking River (Squishy) German Shepherd for beauty and care and the staff never complains. They are all so wonderful patient and extremely professional attending to there duties with outmost care to our furry yet silly Dog that always walks out fresh and happy after each service. Everything I need for cats, pretty much. Cute cats for adoption too.

Made an appt for two dogs/ 2 baths. Called to cancel, the Call continuously circled me back through with no pick up at the groomers salon. They have two dogs I tried to cancel an appt for cause they wont be there. It shouldn't be this hard.

Went to Pet Smart on 07/10/2021 to get some fish and the fish department had no one to help so I finally rang a bell for assistance and a girl came up and immediately had an attitude with us and was very rude and would not let me buy fish because I have two fish in my tank and said I can’t have any more. I spoke to a girl at the same store and she told me I could get more fish. So I ask for the manager and she said she is the manager and would not get me her name. I have done business with Pet Smart for years and have never had a problem until now. I will not be doing business with them anymore. Feel bad for the store never has much business anyway but I will not do business with a company that allows there employees to treat there customers so badly.
