Dr. McDougall and Dr. Thompson are always amazing!! I also love the new Dr. A is very knowledgeable also!

I am so thankful for the staff and the Veterinarian Dr. Thompson, he did an excellent job, I didn't know what I would have done if I wouldn't have taken my female goat over there, she is now recovering.

Unfortunately, the cat wasn't on the 9th. They were all very nice here.

Very warm and experienced approach to animals

Horrible customer service. I've spent thousands of dollars here and received nothing but horrible service from the beginning. I took my Frenchie female in for a C-section I told them she had a lump on her breast that I was really concerned about! they told me it was just her milk that she was ready for puppies to come out. they didn't run no tests nothing, long story short my female had 7 Frenchies and 5 died due to the lump I informed them about before her C-section, the whole time she had mastitis and her milk was no good. If they would've took the right steps they could've prevented me from loosing 5 Frenchies. I will never come back to this place and don't recommend this place to anyone.

I don't know how to feel about the visit to the Los Lunas Animal Clinic. I went there with hope that there would be a treatment. But my boy wasn't even taken inside. The doctor came out and diagnosed him in the Artemis prognosis wasn't good. I'm going to assume that euthanasia was the best thing that could have been done. He did offer to clear up what look like a canine cold to give me a couple of more days to think about euthanasia.

Super helpful and friendly. Plus they are pretty fast at getting your fur baby seen. Plus they try their best to save you money.

Great people that really listen and try and help your pets. This last visit, while I had an appointment for one animal I had to bring another in as well. They worked with me and saw both animals solving all our problems.

My rescue dog was seen to get spayed. (10/04/21)On day of operation I was told she was pregnant and needed a c section. Or I could take her home to give birth with a chance of complications. I decided on a c section which was very costly $2000 . The c section was done. And tonight (10/15/21) she gave birth to a puppy. How can this happen!? I am beyond unhappy with this situation.

My 4 year old rescue pup underwent an ovary sparing spay several weeks ago. She has healed beautifully and is doing exceptionally well. Her incision is tiny and perfectly located so that she can’t lick it, which means she didn’t have to wear a cone. She had very little pain. The team and veterinary surgeons took great care of her. I remain surprised at how well she is doing post op. Strongly recommend for any major procedure your pet might need.

I have adopted many animals from here and never regretted it once! Best place to find your new best friend.

They took such good care of Xena. We had an appointment and they brought us in right away. The vet is super nice and very professional.

Los Lunas Animal Clinic has some of the most compassionate, professional, and friendly staff. They are understanding and offer realistic after care for our pets. They do require payment at the time of services, but offer information on several credit companies designed especially for pet care. We truly appreciate them and highly recommend.

My dog Benny is well-cared for by Dr. Thompson and his staff. I appreciate curbside service continuing since I'm not vaccinated, also the reports I get in the parking lot. Took about 3 hours. Benny's getting old.

Staff was wonderful, very professional abs courteous. The treated my dog with the best care and love. Would definitely recommend.

Called them at 11am. My dog was not responding and not breathing very good. I was advised they were busy and not taking any other animals. I told them my dog was dying and then they told me that I could be a walk in at 2pm. I got my dog there and they wouldn't let me go in with my dog and not even 5 minutes after handing them my dog I was called by the staff telling me that my dog was dead.

Amazing place. They saw my dog on a Saturday which is hard to schedule with lots of vets. I specifically chose them, drove to out of town to los lunas, and they took really good care of my pitt bull lab mix. Definitely going to use them as my dogs main vet.

My dog, suddenly got sick to where he needed treatment immediately and this clinic was the only one of five that put time aside to help our dog even though he didn’t have an appointment and I’m very great full to them for helping our dog. They saved his life and they put their time aside to help him

I have gone to LLAC for years with my kitties. I am sad that I was not able to go in with cats on the last visit due to Covid. I imagine my cats were scared. Maybe next visit will be better.

These people are probably the nicest caring vet we have ever took an animal to. I definitely recommend they for small stuff and major surgery. 5 stars! Keep up the amazing works, we love you guys!!
