Amazing staff. We took in a hammy. They were quick and efficient, but didn't sacrifice caring and attentive. They were very helpful and the prices were wonderful. We are definitely thinking of changing to this place full time.

My Chihuahua was bitten by a rattlesnake. I called because the website said they were an emergency clinic. I was told that they couldn't see him because they were triple booked that day. My Chihuahua pulled through and is fully recovered, NO thanks to them.

My cat was attacked by a dog and I took my cat in emergency they couldn't help my cat , because I didn't have the 100+ to get him in emergency And I asked well do u have a payment plan my cat needs help his bottom lip was hanging and so was some of his little teeth, unbelievable but true By the way my cat is recovering Eating well , thanks anyway

I took some one there and she told me that it was a good place for me to take my dog.

We have a female silver lab who had an unexpected litter of puppies. The great people at Arrow helped us through her complicated birth, and then again 6 months later helped us with 2 of the puppies from the litter, and our 4 other adult dogs, to get everyone checked out and up to date on their shots. The staff is definitely animal friendly. This is apparent in how they dealt with all of our animals, especially non socialized puppies, with kindness and compassion. Dr. Owen showed more of the same qualities and we couldn't be happier to have a great clinic to take our fur babies to!

They won't do the surgery thill we paid the last 100 after we had already gave 1900 and it was emergency surgery then when all said and done we got back 800 but other than that they were ok

Idk. This place charges high. I have yet to see my dog happy. You would think my dog is losing her hair is normal. 3 years old is not normal.

I have a German shepherd and four Prairie Dogs, and I can't be more thrilled with the service I have received from Arrow Animal Hospital. Their exotics vet has a limited schedule which can be nerve-wracking as my prairie dogs are my children, but it's worth the wait. My princess, my only female prairie, has had to go in a few times and she was immediately smitten with the vet and rather calm (for a small prey animal that is). They are familiar with her and so caring and friendly. I have been to a lot of vets across this nation, and I would say they have some of the best bedside manners and elite services. I will always recommend Arrow Animal Hospital.
