They were very helpful as I am in a wheelchair.

Wet dog came and washed our two Beagles. Angelica was very professional, kind to our fur babies, and took her time. They came back looking great! Mobile grooming is the way to go and Wet Dog is the best!

Like always my dog had an awesome experience.

This was our first experience with Wet Dog and our 3 dogs first experience grooming with a stranger. Couldn't have asked for better service! Lindsey was kind and patient with our 2 seniors and our rambunctious baby. They were all relaxed and calm when they were finished and slept for most of the afternoon. Very pleased.

Hard to get them on the phone hard to make an appointment ????

We had a 2 week conversation, they responded 2 days after every text and never showed up. I'm not upset just disappointed. Trying to support local businesses.

Super annoyed because this is the second time that they were over 15 minutes late. When I opened my door to hand over my dog, the woman was quiet. No greeting, no questions about what I wanted done.

Left a message to schedule an appointment. Person called back and said they didn't have time today but tomorrow they have an opening. Guy asked how much dogs we have and i said 2 but only one needs grooming. Then guys said oh we only have room for 2 dogs...... okay, is business that good you turn away service? Well good luck with that. Clearly he is not about customer service. Just because I don’t need both dogs to be groomed he turned us away. Smh.

The service was done quick (which I loved) and my pup is so happy, so clean. They gave me exactly what I wanted and both my puppy girl and I are happy. Going to continue to book their services! Thank you guys

We have tried this company twice now and while it is convenient to have them come to your house, we were disappointed with the service. Both times the groomer showed up late. Both times one of our pups was completely shaved despite asking for him not to be shaved. And this last time our dogs came back to us in a complete daze. We called and called to ask the groomer if he gave them anything to calm them down but no answer. We watched them most of the day, but their eyes were glossy and something wasn't right. We took them to the vet for a check up just to be safe. We did receive a call back later that evening and the owner assured me that nothing was given to my dogs. I'm sure some people have had a really great experience with this company; however, we will not be returning customers.

Thanks to Anika and Wet Dog for taking good care of our dog, Roxy. It was easy to book an appointment and the whole process was great from start to finish. Roxy's coat has never been so soft and clean!

Staff on the phone were very friendly & courteous, yet I did get called three times asking me what kind of dog I had. The mobile staff was late by 30 minutes, without an apology or reason, she didn’t greet us just rudely asked if our dog had been groomed before & what is it we want done. She grabbed our pup from us & took her away into the truck, a short while later staff rang our doorbell, handed our pup over (half shaven), and stated she was not going to work on her because she bites. We didn’t even get the opportunity to apologize or figure something out, maybe muzzle her or work together to finish the job. I have video of the incident along with the terrible half shave that they left our dog in, but unable to post on here. I tried contacting the owner, have not received a response. I believe the mobile staff need more training, including better customer service skills. It is possible our dog bit her, but there are ways to deal with this. From the beginning, I could tell this worker was not ready or willing to work. It’s too bad the whole business gets a bad review because of this one employee. To add to this post, the employee just called me, 5 hours after the incident, very unprofessionally. When I told her I didn’t want to speak with her, she told me that her boss was out of town & could not deal with me until Monday, yet her reason for calling me was because her boss said so. She also stated she was “trying to be nice”? Smh I would like to add to this review. The owner did call me today & apologized for the incident & what occurred. He stated that this is definitely not the way he likes to run his business. He has been in business for 15years, & trues very hard to get the best employees he can to do the job, some are a little rough around the edges than others, some are made for the job, some are not. I do want to thank the owner for reaching out & for offering to make it right by sending his best & better qualified groomer out next time.

The person needs more training. They said that my dog was biting and they also said that they had the muzzle on (i think). So if they had the muzzle on, how the heck did the dog bite them if the dog had the muzzle on?!?! The lady didn't even show the marks on them. ???????????? don't hire them to do anything for your dog. These people are horrible.????

I really love you guys and the job you guys do I been with you over 3 years and I just didn't like the work that was done on my baby boy Bombón maybe it was a different groomer but I hope they we'll keep the same groomers is better for them and for us too thank you!

My dog turns 17 Friday and has a hard time getting around. Thank you Davidson and wet dog for giving my little guy special attention. I recommend this company to anyone!

Justin came and groomed our 3 small dogs at our home yesterday and it was a completely pleasant experience for us and the dogs. I will for sure be having their service again!

We have used Wet Dogs since 2010!! Our Maltese Hemi loved David. Every January we go over our schedule for the year. Never missed an appointment and always called ahead to find out home or office. When Hemi passed away and we got our baby Wrigley they were very nice and prompt introducing Wrigley to his new grooming routine!! David was very nice and helpful in accommodating Hemi's health issues! Will definitely recommend them and I will never use someone else!!!

We were very disappointed the first time. I believe that employee is no longer with them. We have two dogs..one of which is deaf. Because of the service, or lack thereof, the owner gave us another grooming. Today, the employee Matthew handled our dogs very well and went above what we expected. Thank you!

I've used Wet Dog Grooming about 4 or 5 times and the last two have been very disappointing. The first bad experience we asked that my dog NOT be shaved. Guess what, they did it anyway. This last time I asked for regular grooming and added an ear cleaning. The regular grooming left a lot to be desired. Bad job. The dogs ears were never touched. I will not use their service again. Their loss, not mine. Lot's of other places I can take my dogs to.
