McRae Animal Hospital is Horrible place. Do not bring your pet to this place. Many stars? Reviews are from friends, employees but not from real customers, I do not recommend this place to treat your pets, They are lying. They no have professional knowledge, they know the basics but not professional. After buying some medicines for my puppies, I saw that they are the same ones that Amazon, Ebay sells. and they sell it much more expensive The city should close this veterinary . also the Mexican Tall guy who works is not a vet doctor not have a veterinary license And pretends to be a doctor . poor customer service and mistreatment of animals your employees are not good.

The staff here is the most unprofessional uncaring and rude group I’ve ever dealt with; Dr Rojas is not much nicer. As my husband mentioned in his review, we drove a long way to be turned away and basically laughed at. The practice was a phenomenal and loving environment when drs robaugh and garret owned the clinic. For the last 20 years and atleast 4 pets, the staff and doctors went out of there way to welcome us whether we had a medical emergency or not. Dr Rojas and staff should work much harder to uphold the great reputation they were left with. I called crossroads Animal Clinic and the staff there was much much kinder. We had a phenomenal experience from start to finish amd I am happy to say my aggressive Doberman has a new vet.

Love this place. From the receptionist to the Dr. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place for your pets wellness.

Staff very friendly. This isn't my Regular Vet that I go to but while visiting my Parents they were able to see my dog as an walk in for Allergy issues. Over several years My Family has used this location on and off , always knew it was the place to go when needed.... Trusted

Reasonable prices and have taken care of our dogs.

My boyfriend needed to put his 16 yr old puppy to sleep. It was very hard but the staff and especially the vet was really wonderful. He gave us step by step as to what he was doing and we were allowed to be by his side up to his last breath. He was not alone and that means the world to me. A loyal companion should never be alone in their last moments since they have been so faithful to us. Thank you so much. It was greatly appreciated

They do care about your little fur babies. My German Shepard puppy got sick with parvo at 6 months. They where able to get me in, give my dog some antibiotics and two IV's. I feel like they where reasonably priced and more so compassionate. I went to two other places and they didn't even care to assess my dog or give me anything for him. These guys are good people, all around a good provider

We lost our beloved DJ, a Bishon Frise that we loved and enjoyed in our family for thirteen years. This facility was highly recommended and the staff was very professional, caring, and understanding to our pain of recent loss. Thank you.

Excellent Animal care! We took our Emily "old lady" (17 year old Feline) for check up and shots. Staff was very nice and the Doctor was absolutely wonderful! Dr. is extremely knowledgeable and careful especially with geriatric cats. We would highly recommend them and we're happy with the care given to "our old lady".

My dog lacerated his eye. The vet gave him the wrong antibiotic (wrong dog, different class), didn’t label one of his meds, didn’t charge me and did not provide me proof of vaccinations. The office had the opportunity to correct wrong dog medication when I left without his meds. If they were honest, they could of said “we have your dogs medication, can you check what we gave you?” The vet is the one that dispensed the medication and administered the vaccines. It’s his license and he’s the captain of the ship. He didn’t have the decency to talk to me. He dumped it on his front office staff. I wasted over 3 hours with this clinic for them to get everything wrong. I had to waste another hour having to go back to get it corrected. I cannot recommend this vet clinic.

Ive tried probably a half a dozen animal clinics and had issues at all of them in El Paso. Except this one. They have been truely amazing both price wise and how they handle even grim situations when I have needed to say goodbye to my loved pets. I really can't recommend this place enough.

Every one was friendly and helped me get what I needed for my kitten. If he has anymore problems, I'm definitely going back.

I love seeing Dr.Roabach with my pet. He is knowledgeable, kind and personable. I have taken my pets here for years & never regretted the professionalism, advice & support. Unfortunately he is retiring & the business is under new management. There are many new rules. Call and check before you take your pets in; make sure you ask about procedures, prices and payments on "everything". It is not business as usual. The new owners are using this as a satellite location...once Dr. R. leaves, I am not sure a permanent Dr. will be on site. When I take my pet in, I want to be seen by the 'same" Vet. Dr., in a timely manner, for a reasonable charge....if that is no longer an option for me, I will no longer be a customer for them.

Friendly customer service and one of the less expensive places for your pets

Don't let them refer you to the far east clinic it's complete trash. Staff is clueless and their seems to be a breakdown in communication. So they won't even know why you are taking in your pet.
